The facts:
1 – The drone strike was done without allied forces on the ground to verify the target.
2 – Secretary of State Blinken admitted in Senate testimony that they didn’t know who those people were.
3 – The Biden Administration has admitted that they didn’t even know the names of those they murdered.
4 – The CIA warned that civilians were present before the missile was fired.
5 – General Kenneth McKenzie said in his public briefing, “We did not have the luxury of time.”
6 – Knowing all of this General Milley called the strike “Righteous.”
7 – If this was a mistake that was made without political pressure someone would have been held accountable, but no one has, which means they want those involved to stay quiet

The search warrant said a witness saw documents that were “marked or labeled classified or top secret.” Legally that means nothing. Why?
Go to the FBI Museum or the CIA Museum and they have documents on display that are marked classified and top secret. Those documents were declassified long ago. Such markings are not made of disappearing ink and do not magically vanish when declassified. The same is true for documents President Trump took home for the purpose of writing memoirs and other purposes. Obama, Bush, Clinton, Carter, Nixon all did the same.
While in office a president can declassify any document at will. That president has full access to any document from his administration. Former presidents are allowed to have copies of their documents for the purpose of writing a memoir and other purposes for a period of years. Also places such as a president’s home and their presidential library routinely get certified as a presidential records facility. Mar-a-Lago was in the process of getting such a certification at the time of the raid.
As President Obama correctly pointed out, the over classification of documents is common to the point of being almost silly as Julian Assange posted all sorts of Top Secret/SCI documents, most of them were overclassified because they were embarrassing to certain people in the government.

It is no secret that the Department of Justice (DoJ) and the FBI have acted in bad faith. They meddled in election after election while failing to stop mass shooters and Boston Marathon bombers. A list of some of their law enforcement failures can be found HERE.
The DoJ and FBI issue a search warrant that is not specific and essentially orders that every document in Mar-a-Lago be taken. Such broad search warrants are illegal. When an overly broad warrant is issued it is expected that a motion with the court will be filed, such as in the Project Veritas case, to have the court pick a neutral third party called a “Special Master” to examine the documents to sort out what is pertinent to the specific criminal investigation and what is privileged or otherwise not tied to such an investigation and return them to the owner.
Knowing that the search warrant was overly broad and expecting this to happen, when Trump filed his motion on court to have a Special Master appointed the DoJ/FBI brought in whatever resources were necessary and went over all of the documents anyway instead of setting them aside as waiting for the court to rule.
The DoJ/FBI claim to have a separate “taint team” who goes over the documents and pretend like they are a special master, but considering how long the FBI/DoJ has been acting criminally in bad faith, that is akin to the FBI claiming, “Yes an FBI agent took Melania’s underwear, but it’s okay because we had another agent try them on.” In one of the videos below Defense Attorney and journalist Greta Van Sustern explains why the very idea of an FBI “taint team” is a farce:
When you say taint team we are talking about career prosecutors and investigators, who have never been criminal defense lawyers, spent their whole career working for the government, they hang around people who work for the Department of Justice and they are making the determination of attorney client privilege when they have never even been practicing lawyers with actual clients. Are those the people making the decision?
The Justice Department announced in a court filing Monday that they already reviewed documents seized from former President Donald Trump at Mar-a-Lago, and that they identified a “limited set” of documents that could include information protected by attorney-client privilege.
The DOJ said they would provide more information in a separate filing, but they said that prior to the court issuing a preliminary order to appoint a special master to go through the documents, a privilege review team went through the documents. A special master is an independent, court-appointed individual who in this case would be placed in charge of reviewing documents. A privilege review team consists of federal personnel not involved with the investigation itself, whose role is to sift out privileged information.
“[T]he Privilege Review Team … identified a limited set of materials that potentially contain attorney-client privileged information, completed its review of those materials, and is in the process of following the procedures set forth in paragraph 84 of the search warrant affidavit to address potential privilege disputes, if any,” the DOJ filing said.

President Trump, just as Obama, Clinton and Bush before him, had a standing order to declassify all documents he removed from secured facilities. President Trump also issued an order in writing declassifying any document having to do with the Trump/Russian collusion hoax.
Nothing in the FBI’s affidavit that says that Trump was not authorized to have documents from his own administration. To say that Trump was not allowed to have access to these records is constitutionally absurd.
When the FBI takes anything in the process of serving a search warrant the FBI is required to give a detailed, itemized receipt. After the Trump raid the receipt was so vague it is almost akin to the FBI taking every item out of your bedroom and handing you a receipt saying “one bedroom.”
When there has been a breach of classified information to unauthorized persons and/or a foreign power the government is supposed to conduct a “damage assessment.” Hillary Clinton had top secret special compartmented secrets on her illegal unsecured email server and no damage assessment was done even though government security officials believed that her server was breached by hackers.

However, even though President Trump’s documents were locked in a secure location and guarded by the Secret service and video surveillance the FBI plans to conduct a damage assessment anyways. They plan to do this without showing any real evidence but to make accusations and spread them in the corporate press.

Remember those 51 Intelligence Community officials who signed a public document saying that Hunter Biden’s Laptop was “Russian disinformation” when they knew the laptop was authentic.
The laptop contains a roadmap of Biden family financial crimes and grifting, as well as graphic video of drug, gun and sex crimes committed by Hunter Biden himself.
The FBI went so far as to contact social media companies to tell them that the story was Russian disinformation pressuring them to censor the story, which they did.
Jeremy Bash, a former chief of staff at the CIA and Pentagon, was picked by Biden to be part of the President’s Intelligence Advisory Board on Friday. Bash, along with roughly 50 other ex-intelligence officials, signed a letter in October 2020 claiming the Hunter Biden laptop saga had “all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation,” while Bash himself suggested on TV that the laptop story was “Russian disinformation.”
The biography of Bash provided by the White House noted he was the chief of staff under Leon Panetta when he was CIA director and then secretary of defense. Panetta also signed the Hunter Biden letter. Other signatories included Obama CIA Director John Brennan, Obama Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former Obama acting CIA Director Mike Morell, and former George W. Bush CIA Director Michael Hayden.
Bash’s LinkedIn lists him as the founder and managing director at Beacon Global Strategies and a national security analyst at NBC News and MSNBC. He is also on the board of directors for the International Spy Museum.

It is old news that the DoJ/FBIwere invested in election interference and were invested in manufacturing evidence for the Trump/Russian collusion hoax, but what was not known is just how far they went to harass and distract the Trump Administration.

The corporate media makes like there is a wedge and some sort of hostility between Gov. DeSantis and President Trump, the truth is that they have a close relationship. Political insiders such as Robert Barnes say that Trump and DeSantis will be running together in 2024 as a unified ticket.

Former FBI Director James Comey took notes on his meetings with Trump, which belong to the government and are classified, modified them, and leaked them on purpose. Yet he is cherished as a hero.
Of course all of this “narrative” skips over the fact that the Espionage Act and the various records acts cannot apply to a president as has been found in the courts again and again.

The #FBI is being accused of election interference, as new evidence emerges on its suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story and on its raid on President Trump’s Mar-A-Lago home.
Do you remember when the Trump/Russian collusion hoax was in full swing and Democrat Congressman Adam Schiff would come out of the congressional secret document reading area call the “SCIF” and tell us how he saw all of this evidence that Trump was an agent of Putin?
When it all came out not only was there no real evidence, there was poorly manufactured evidence like the Steele Dossier which couldn’t hold up. Plenty of “evidence” marked Top Secret SCI to keep from revealing “sources and methods” ended up being the methods FBI /DoJ used to set up President Trump.
The FBI/DoJ even used as evidence anonymous sourced press reports that appeared in the Washington Post and the New York Times. The secret redacted “evidence” reveled that the FBI/DoJ planted those anonymous reports there in the first place. That particular tactic is called the “wrap-up smear.”

When it comes to the probable cause part of the affidavit most of what we get is this:
So much for Judge Bruce Reinhart’s promise that he would push back against the DoJ if they over redacted, but we are not surprised as the judge is an admitted Trump hater who posted his hate on social media. It is almost like they picked this particular inexperienced, low ranking judge deliberately.
As for the parts of the affidavit that aren’t redacted, the FBI submitted as “evidence” a couple of media reports, such as they saw people loading some boxes on the President’s helicopter….sounds ominous. They also submitted as probable cause to the court, that when the documents at Mar-a-Lago were reviewed before, some of them had classified and secret markings on them.
As we reported earlier, a president can declassify any document at will and when he does so the classification markings on the documents do not magically vanish like disappearing ink.
The case law on this is clear, a president or former president having documents with classification markings on them is not probable cause that a crime has been committed.
So far what has been delivered fits the same pattern as the Trump/Russia hoax.

President Biden and his Press Secretary have said on the record that they knew nothing about the FBI raid on Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago.
Emails between the National Archives and the White House Councel’s office (President Biden’s Lawyer) as far back as at least April 11, 2022 show they worked together with the DoJ/FBI to come up with a legal theory on which to raid Trump’s home. What they came up with is an attempt to retroactively revoke Trump’s executive privilege based on a phony criminal accusation.
Professor Alan Dershowitz believes this outrageous action will not stand up in the courts. It makes no sense at all legally or constitutionally says Dershowitz. No one would ever speak to a president again if the next one can waive his executive privilege and open them up to exposer by corporate media smears and partisan attacks.
Dershowitz says that the DoJ hid much of this form the magistrate judge when getting it’s search warrant.

That said Kushner will never win awards for charisma when compared to hyper charismatic veteran political street fighters like Kellyanne Conway and Steve Bannon. Without Steve and Kellyanne there would not have been a Trump presidency and without them there will not be one in 2024. Kushner understands that.

Supreme and lower court rulings show that “crimes” alleged in FBI search warrant cannot apply to a President.
The FBI search warrant against President Trump said it had probable cause against Trump for violations of the Presidential Records Act and the Espionage Act, namely the parts of it that deal with mishandling classified information.
The problem the FBI and the Department of Justice has is that according to established precedent in case law, those statues cannot apply to President Trump.
The Supreme Court on the Espionage Act
In DEPARTMENT OF NAVY v. EGAN (1988) The Supreme Court ruled that a president gets his authority to classify and declassify documents from Article II of the Constitution, not Congress or any bureaucrat. Such laws Congress passes can apply to bureaucrats, but not a president:
“The President, after all, is the ‘Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States.’ U.S. Const., Art. II, 2. His authority to classify and control access to information bearing on national security and to determine whether an individual is sufficiently trustworthy to occupy a position in the Executive Branch that will give that person access to such information flows primarily from this constitutional investment of power in the President and exists quite apart from any explicit congressional grant.”
The Supreme Court is clear on this without ambiguity or exception. It is virtually impossible that any such charge made against President Trump would survive the court appeals process.
The Court on the Presidential Records Act
Judicial Watch sued the National Archives in 2012 when it was discovered that President Clinton kept audio archives in his personal bedroom. The court ruled that the National Archivist has no role in determining what records belong to the government and what a president considers to be personal records.
Judicial Watch v. National Archives and Records Administration (2012) The ruling from Amy Berman Jackson, a famed liberal judge, is clear. Unless the Supreme Court overrules these decisions, the Biden DoJ/FBI accusations against President have no legal leg to stand on.
The Court notes at the outset that there is broad language in Armstrong I stating that the PRA accords the President “virtually complete control” over his records during his time in office. 924 F.2d at 290. In particular, the court stated that the President enjoys unconstrained authority to make decisions regarding the disposal of documents: “although the President must notify the Archivist before disposing of records … neither the Archivist nor Congress has the authority to veto the President’s disposal decision.”

Judge Amy Berman Jackson also made it clear that the National Archivist cannot reclassify such documents later:

The writers have made She-Hulk into a sit-com. In that they did a fair job. It has many cute moments. Tatiana Maslany was a solid casting choice and her performance, in spite of issues with the writing, is very good. Maslany’s personal acting skill and charisma might be enough to carry the series in spite of itself. Only time will tell.
