The Truth About Immigration Law & What the Elite Media Isn’t Telling You.

The elite media has been largely dishonest in reporting on this issue in order to attack President Trump.

1 – The elite media says that family separation and incarceration of illegal migrant minors started under President Trump because of his zero tolerance policy. This is not the case and they well know it. For example, the Washington Post March 11, 2015 under Obama, wrote about this very issue:
March of 2015 immigration under Obama WashPo

2 – The truth about family separation. The elite media leaves out all of the important details which bring clarity to this issue. The vast majority of Central American children who show up at the border are unaccompanied by their parents. The Border Patrol says that up to 85%, nearly 207,000 children from 2007 -2015 were unaccompanied when apprehended at the border; meaning that that an overwhelming number show up already separated from their family.

Parents who do walk their children across the North Mexico Desert can be prosecuted for endangering their children. The reports are that dozens die every month trying to cross the border. While an unknown number of Central American girls are sold into sex slavery via human traffickers, up to 80% of minor girls apprehended at the border have been sexually assaulted.

Parents can be detained until trial, but children can only be detained for 20 days because of the 1997 court ruling Flores v. Reno, at which time children are moved to a non-detention like facility or placed with any relatives that can be found in the United States, hence they are “separated from their parents”. Such has been the case long before Trump was President.

3 – Media reports of Trump backing down on “family separation” are wildly misleading. What they are not telling you is that Trump’s executive order states that the few minor border crossers who enter with parents must stay with their parents for as long as it takes, thus ending the separation, however, an executive order cannot supersede current law so this executive order will almost certainly be overturned by the courts.

4 – The conditions in which many illegal migrant children were held were much worse under Obama while Democrats and the elite media kept it quiet. The main reason for this is that more suitable and luxurious dorm like accommodations were not built up yet as they are today.

If you want to see some of the conditions that these children were held while Obama was president you can see for yourself HERE.

5 – President Obama said the same thing when he was in office that Trump is saying today. He also prosecuted many illegal border crossers:

Words Matter. Trump Campaign Infiltrators Were Spies, Not Informants.

Please show this to all your friends because the media lies about this, especially on CNN, are outrageous:

1 – A SPY is someone who is sent in to infiltrate and inform surreptitiously and is often paid to do so – this is what they did to Trump.

2 – An INFORMANT is someone who was already there and would approach the FBI (for example) and inform as to what he had seen voluntarily.

Quote:

…leaders of our institutions aren’t above engaging in spying. John Brennan spied on the legislative branch and lied about it to the American people. James Clapper spied on the American people through a domestic surveillance program and lied about it to Congress. Although the Obama administration never tweeted nasty attacks on journalists, it did spy on and prosecute them. It’s completely plausible that those in the upper echelon of law enforcement saw Trump as a threat, then used wobbly evidence as the pretext to investigate his campaign. If not, it’ll be good to clear their names.

“FBI used informant to investigate Russia ties to campaign, not to spy, as Trump claims,” read a truly silly New York Times headline last week. You can call it whatever makes you happy, but in the real world the act of furtively gathering information about someone else is called “spying.”

The Washington Post reported, for instance, that the informant was surreptitiously seeking information by “seeking out and meeting three different Trump campaign officials.” The spy, according to the piece, had contacts with the CIA. This is unprecedented.

Forbes’ Hit Piece On Eric Trump Foundation Deceives Readers.

Trump St Judes

By the Editor

Good journalism is important especially when there is so little of it. While the networks have digressed into reporting mostly corrupted news tabloid infotainment, formerly respected news sources such as The Hill and Forbes have been falling into the same unethical trap in hopes of generating “conflict” and “red meat” for certain groups of readers in hopes of keeping circulation and click rates up.

While Forbes still does some good reporting, their employee, Dan Alexander, continues to post dishonest hit piece after hit piece. He uses the same technique that many other corrupted journalists do, instead of just making things up he delivers partial facts from an incomplete context and combines that with a false narrative.

One such hit piece, “How Donald Trump Shifted Kids-Cancer Charity Money Into His Business” is especially egregious.

The article, starts by insulting those who attend the Eric Trump Foundation (ETF) charity event at Trump National Golf Club. After giving Eric Trump the obligatory pat on the head for raising money for St. Judes Children’s Hospital, the article goes on to explain to the reader how the Eric Trump Foundation is some kind of criminal front to launder charity money right back into their own pockets. The article however, omits key facts.

The Trump’s allow the use of the their golf course for free. The article paints that out to be a lie because the golf course billed ETF for expenses, quite deliberately blurring a very important distinction:

Say I want to hold a charity awards dinner at your house and you offer up your home for free for the event. Does that also mean that you will supply the food, catering personnel, parking, lights, extra seating, PA system, music, security and cleanup at your dime? Of course not.

Not charging for the use of the golf course is one thing, but the course should be reimbursed for the employees it needs to have on hand at the event, parking, catering, top VIP level security, repairs to the course after the event, etc.

While acknowledging that the golf event raises millions, Eric Trump is blasted because the expenses for the event keep going up every year, the article all but straight up accuses the Trump’s of criminally skimming the charity for personal gain.

What the article omits is that as the Trump’s global fame has increased exponentially thanks to “The Apprentice” having been a number one rated show and their increased political status, so it also makes sense that the charity event grows bigger every year, with more people showing up, more VIP’s and celebrities, more television coverage, better entertainment, bigger awards, more security etc.

In 2015 the ETF Charity Event raised just over $2 million minus $320,000 for expenses, which means expenses for the Trump National Golf Event were only 16%. ETF as a whole only spends 13% of its revenue on expenses. To put this into perspective, Give.org rates an effective charity as one that spends no more than 35% on expenses.

There is your big scandal folks.

Also keeping things into perspective, why would the Trump’s risk their entire brand, lawsuits and all that goes along with it, just to skim say $20-50 thousand in charity funds per year when such an amount of money is literally a pittance to a Trump?

According to Dan Alexander, author of this hit piece so carefully worded to just avoid a

Dan Alexander Forbes
Dan Alexander

libel suit, he and his pals at Forbes could not conceivably need $320,000 to run (their words) “a golf tournament”, and they know because they asked the lead golf instructor at Trump National too.

Last we checked, neither Dan Alexander, nor the lead golf instructor, have any experience running huge media celebrity charity events.

Alexander’s Twitter feed is typical Trump-hate fare complete with Russian conspiracy theories.  Why Forbes employs someone like this can baffle anyone who took J-School ethics seriously.

The other big scandal mentioned in Alexander’s hit piece is that some of the money raised by ETF is given to other charities so all of it does not go to St. Judes. How nefarious. What Alexander omits is that this is not unusual among charities in the least. One needs to look no further than to the Red Cross, who shares a portion of its donations with various charity partners around the world.

If someone would like to investigate a criminal enterprise posing as a charity, the Clinton Foundation may prove a promising target.

By libeling the Eric Trump Foundation, Forbes is not likely to damage President Trump, but it is likely to impact the donations coming ETF, which only serves to hurt the children served by St. Judes.

CNN uses”Fallout” Video Game Screen Shot to Explain Russian Hacking

Somethings are dumb, but sometimes the stupid is so over the top that it becomes corruption and when it comes to media corruption no one had more of it than our friends at CNN.

We are going to cover more about so called “Russian hacking” over the next few days, but the bottom line is this.

What we know:

1 – John Podesta, Hillary Clinton, The State Department under Hillary, and the DNC did not take cyber security seriously. Their flouting of even the most basic security rules amounted to violations of law.

2 – They did not keep software updates, antivirus and anti-malware security updated.

3 – Podesta himself had responded to one of those fake “send us your password” fishing emails that people with a brain simply delete. Some news outlets are reporting that Podesta, who was Hillary’s Campaign Chairman, even use the word “password” as his password for some accounts.

4 – The DNC prevented the FBI from reviewing their computers so they have no idea what happened there.

5 – The “US Intelligence Community” under Obama, who has been caught politicizing intelligence before, put out a report with “High Confidence” that it was the Russians who hack Hillary’s Campaign emails, but gives next to no supporting evidence which is unusual.

6 – Said report also shows that Podesta had an 18 month old malware program on his PC which could have sent his passwords out over the internet, but such software is unsophisticated, leaves an evidence trail, something any UPDATED anti-malware scanning program would have found, and in short is not something a state actor would use.

7 – Democrats and their allies in the elite media are desperate to create a narrative to delegitimize Trump’s electoral victory.

Getting back to CNN. Here is the story as it looks today, after they scrubbed it and cleaned it up, after being called out. Here is what it looked like on December 30th (Hat tip BGR):

The screen shot is obviously from the video game Fallout 3 or Fallout 4 as you can see from this Fallout 3 screenshot below:

How could they be so stupid you ask?

O’Keefe: The Media is dead – we killed it.

Legendary under cover journalist James O’Keefe exposed on video the Clinton Campaign hiring of thugs to create violence at Trump events, mass vote fraud, bussing in of people to claim they are citizens in order to vote for them etc.

O’Keefe spoke at David Horowitz’ “Restoration Weekend” and this is very much worth your time:

Forbes: Obamacare Insurers Lost Billions “Financial Bloodbath”

The Congressional Budget Office CBO predicted that profits from ObamaCare’s top insurance companies would generate $8 Billion for the “Risk Corridor” – the pool of money to help insurers that lost money in the program. So how did the CBO do?

Forbes:

The new data shows that the amount insurers who made money in the individual market were required to contribute in 2015 was $89 million but the claims by losers against that money for that year amount to $5.3 billion. This is a ratio of about 60 to 1.  The figures for the small group market are even worse: profitable insurers contributed a paltry $6 million to Risk Corridors. Losers in the small group market are owed $594 million for 2015.

It is hard to overstate how bad the 2015 data is.  Here are some ways of assessing the magnitude of the financial bloodbath.

  • Although the individual market was considerably bigger in 2015 than it was in 2014, contributions to Risk Corridors were only about 1/4 as much in the individual market
  • There was one insurer in the individual market who made enough money in the exchanges that it could contribute over $10 million into Risk Corridors.  There were 105 insurers in the individual market who lost enough money in the exchanges that they are owed over $10 million.
  • There was one insurer in the small group market who made enough money in the exchanges that it could contribute over $1 million into Risk Corridors. There were 61 insurers in the small market who lost enough money in the exchanges that they are owed over $10 million.
  • There were 24 states in which not a single insurer made a contribution to Risk Corridors in the individual market.
  • There were 33 states in which not a single insurer made a contribution to Risk Corridors in the small group market.
  • There are nine insurers (Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas”, “Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois”, “Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NC”, “Freelancers Health Service Corporation d/b/a Health Republic Insurance of New York”,  “BCBSM, INC.”, “Highmark Inc.”, “Health Net Life Insurance Company”, “Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma”, “Humana Employers Health Plan of Georgia, Inc.”, “Colorado Health Insurance Cooperative, Inc.”) that have each requested more than $100 million  in Risk Corridors money — more than all the contributions for 2015 put together.
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas did so poorly it has requested $596 million in Risk Corridors money.  It likely won’t see a dime of it.  (This might explain why Blue Cross/Blue Shield requested a 58% rate increase for 2016).

The left praises Castro, ignores torture and mass murder. Trump nails it!

It is difficult for normal, good people with a moral center to internalize this, but as the left says in their books such as “Rules for Radicals” or their other countless writings from Marx, Lenin, Gramsci and the Frankfurt School, to them the truth is anything that advances their own political power, period.

Lying is simply a non issue for the left as we have learned with the Democrats, WikiLeaks and now their reaction to Fidel Castro’s death which is quite frankly a denial of reality as if they are from another planet.

We saw Canadian PM Justin Trudeau praise Castro as if he is some beloved leader and humanitarian rather than the terribly corrupt dictator who lined up tens of thousands of civilians and political opponents in front of a firing squad.

Trudeau is not alone in this Orwellian rewrite of history.

Jimmy Carter:

Rosalyn and I share our sympathies with the Castro family and the Cuban people on the death of Fidel Castro. We remember fondly our visits with him in Cuba and his love of his country.

President Obama issued a statement that is so milk-toast that it essentially said nothing.

The usual cadre of dishonest far left “journalists” who willingly serve as mouthpieces for the DNC issued similar fawning rewrites of history for this brutal murderer. Newsbusters is amassing a collection of it HERE.

In the mean time actual Cubans are cheering as if it was the death of Emperor Palpatine:

Cuban American members of the Senate had something to say.

Senator Ted Cruz said on his FaceBook page:

A dictator is dead. But his dark, repressive legacy will not automatically follow him to the grave. Change can come to Cuba, but only if America learns from history and prevents Fidel’s successor from playing the same old tricks.

Senator Cruz also penned “The Truth About Fidel and Raul” – HERE. Be sure you read it.

Lastly, here is Donald Trump’s statement on Fidel Castro’s death:

Today, the world marks the passing of a brutal dictator who oppressed his own people for nearly six decades. Fidel Castro’s legacy is one of firing squads, theft, unimaginable suffering, poverty and the denial of fundamental human rights.

While Cuba remains a totalitarian island, it is my hope that today marks a move away from the horrors endured for too long, and toward a future in which the wonderful Cuban people finally live in the freedom they so richly deserve.

Though the tragedies, deaths and pain caused by Fidel Castro cannot be erased, our administration will do all it can to ensure the Cuban people can finally begin their journey toward prosperity and liberty.  I join the many Cuban Americans who supported me so greatly in the presidential campaign, including the Brigade 2506 Veterans Association that endorsed me, with the hope of one day soon seeing a free Cuba.

FBI: No link between Trump and Russia

In short, Hillary likely knew better.

We also know from emails released by WikiLeaks that the Clinton campaign plot to smear Trump with the Russian ties allegation went as far back as April.

The source on the FBI investigation is the New York Times who has sided with Hillary Clinton unreservedly.

The Hill:

Amid multiple reports drawing different connections between Donald Trump‘s campaign and Russia Monday night, The New York Times reported that FBI officials’ investigations of the GOP presidential nominee have yet to confirm any ties.

FBI officials said their investigations have yet to find a connection between the GOP presidential nominee and Russia.

The bureau has been investigating the Russian government’s role in the U.S. presidential election. But the FBI believes that the country was likely trying to disrupt the overall race and not trying boost Trump’s chance of getting elected.

Clinton emails show in March 2015 campaign knew Hillary’s secret email server violated federal law, knew Obama was using it. “Dump those emails!”

The emails linked below are from Hillary’s campaign staff from March 2, 2015 to March 8, 2015, when the campaign first became aware that the press corps knew of Hillary’s secret server.

The emails reveal that the staff knew of the illegal server and so did her lawyers. They show that President Obama did not learn of the server in “news accounts” as he claimed, but rather, as we wrote back in September, he was using it.

Emails even show the staff mentioning the Federal Records Act. In one email Hillary’s campaign chair John Podesta says to campaign attorney Cheryl Mills, “we are going to have to dump all those emails so better to do so sooner than later.”

And FBI Director James Comey said that they had no intent to break the law….Really?

UPDATE –  UPI News reports that Obama claimed Executive Privilege in stopping the release of some of the emails on Hillary’s illegal private server. Executive Privilege means that the Presidents communications with underlings can be kept from the public. This is a public admission that Obama was using Hillary’s email server himself.

Hillary tells donors vetting of Syrian refugees impossible. Obama Admin tells Congress there is no attempt to screen for militant views (video)

Obama promised us in speech after speech that there would be strong accurate vetting so that we do not see the mass immigration violence like has been seen France, Germany, Sweden, Amsterdam etc. His State Department tells Congress the exact opposite.

Watch for yourself:

In the video above Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions asks Simon Henshaw, the Deputy Assistant Secretary at the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migrants of the State Department, “do you make any inquiry about practices that we reject in the United States, like female genital mutilation?” It seems that the Obama Administration thinks that such questions would be rude.

The Daily Caller reports that at least 23 refugees have been implicated in terrorism in the United States since 2010.

Hillary Clinton also told us that we would be safe and there would be strong vetting, but in a private speech to a donor group she said this:

Hillary pays men at Clinton Foundation MUCH more than women. Massive pay gap.

Hillary’s own campaign staff, in emails provided by WikiLeaks, talks about how there is a $112,000 pay gap between men and women at the Clinton Foundation. Read the email for yourself HERE.

The Washington Times summarizes:

Hacked emails belonging to Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta show her inner circle admitting to a “huge” $112,000 pay gap at The Clinton Foundation between the highest-paid men and women.

Mrs. Clinton’s campaign website says “women earn less than men across our economy.” Stolen documents released by WikiLeaks demonstrate that her own foundation — as recently as February 2015 — was guilty of the same.

“Guys — Given the story yesterday about pay equity at the State Department,  I wanted to flag something that came out of our research on pay equity at the Foundation,” future Clinton campaign staffer Ian Mandel said in an Feb. 24, 2015 email. “There are huge discrepancies, and it wouldn’t surprise me if they went here next. See a summary below from Karuna.”

Karuna Seshasai, another future addition to the Democrat hopeful’s campaign, then addressed The Clinton Foundation’s “huge” gender pay gap.

“3 out of the 11 highest paid employees of the Foundation are women. Avg salary of the highest paid men is $294,157.50, while the avg salary of the highest paid women is $181,576.66 ($112K difference),” Mrs. Seshasai said in an email seen by campaign manager Robby Mook and Cheryl Mills, Mrs. Clinton’s State Department chief of staff. “Median salary of the highest paid men is $346,106, while the median salary of the highest paid women is $185,386 ($190K difference).”

Mrs. Seshasai’s analysis came just one day after a report by The Washington Free Beacon that detailed Mrs. Clinton’s gender pay gap for staff during her time as a New York senator.

35 Lies on Hillary’s web site about her mishandling of classified documents and emails

By Jeff Capella

The complete list of 35 Email Lies Hillary Is Still Posting On Her Campaign Website

Lie #1 – “We’ve put all the information about Hillary Clinton’s State Department emails here.”

This is the first sentence of the “fact sheet,” and it sets the tone for the rest of the document. The FAQ leaves numerous questions unanswered, as the rest of the Clinton campaign’s responses show.

Lie #2 – “Her usage was widely known to the over 100 State Department and U.S. government colleagues she emailed, consistent with the practice of prior Secretaries of State and permitted at the time.”

Clinton’s email habits were not consistent with her predecessors nor was her practice of exclusively using a personal email account permitted. Colin Powell, who served at the beginning of George W. Bush’s term, used a personal AOL account to conduct some government business. But he did not have a private server in the basement of his home. Condoleezza Rice did not use email at all.

Lie #3 – “Was it allowed? Yes.”

The State Department’s IG report, released in May, explicitly stated that Clinton’s email system was neither allowed, nor was it approved by anyone other than Clinton. The report states that State’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security and Information Resource Management division would not have okayed the system “because of the restrictions in the [State Department Foreign Affairs Manual] and the security risks in doing so.”

Lie #4 – “Clinton only used her account for unclassified email.”

As Comey stated last week, Clinton sent or received 113 emails that contained information that was classified at the time they were originated. That’s in addition to more than 2,000 emails that contain information that is considered to be classified now.

Lie #5 – “No information in Clinton’s emails was marked classified at the time she sent or received them.”

FBI investigators discovered three emails that bore classification markings when they were sent to Clinton. Clinton and the State Department have claimed that two of the emails should not have had markings and that they were left there because of “human error.” There is no evidence that Clinton raised any concerns about the improperly marked email at the time she received it, however.

Lie #6 – “Clinton hopes the State Department and the agencies involved in the review process will sort out as quickly as possible which of the 55,000 pages of emails are appropriate to share with the public.”

There is not a factual misstatement here. But Clinton’s actions leading up to the email scandal and and throughout strongly suggest that she has no interest in sharing information with the public.

Lie #7 – “Classified information was viewed in hard copy while in the office.”

Clinton viewed classified information on her personal BlackBerry, which she almost exclusively used to send and receive emails. She was not allowed to use that BlackBerry at her office for security purposes.

Lie #8 – “While on travel, the State Department had rigorous protocols for her and traveling staff to receive and transmit information of all types.”

Clinton used her commercial-grade BlackBerry to transmit information, even while overseas. A Daily Caller investigation showed that Clinton sent dozens of emails while in spy-riddling nations like China and Russia. (RELATED: Hillary Sent Dozens Of Emails From Her BlackBerry While In China And Russia)

Lie #9 – “A separate, closed email system was used by the State Department for the purposes of handling classified communications, which was designed to prevent such information from being transmitted anywhere other than within that system.”

Clinton transmitted classified information on her personal email system.

Lie #10 – “Is Department of Justice conducting a criminal inquiry into Clinton’s email use? No.”

In his statements last week, Comey said he would not be recommending charges against Clinton for mishandling classified information. Criminal charges were possible, which means that the investigation was criminal in nature.

Lie #11 – “This was not criminal in nature as misreported by some in the press.”

The investigation was criminal in nature.

Lie #12 – “Clinton hopes … that the release will be as timely and as transparent as possible.”

This one is a judgment call. But Clinton has been hammered repeatedly, including by liberal members of the press, for refusing to come clean about her email setup.

Lie #13 – “She also directed her team to give her server that hosted her email account while she was Secretary of State to the Department of Justice…”

The Justice Department requested Clinton’s server, and she gave it to the agency. It ended up in the hands of FBI investigators. Clinton did not hand over the device because she is magnanimous.

Lie #14 – “Clinton has pledged to cooperate with the government’s security inquiry.”

The government was conducting an investigation, not a security inquiry.

Lie #15 – “Even if Clinton’s emails had been on a government address and government device, these questions would be raised prior to public release.”

Clinton makes this statement in order to defend against charges that she sent or received classified information, as if that was the only critique of her email practices. But it obscures the fact that she used a private email system that consisted of a server housed in her basement.

Lie #16 – “It was her practice to email government employees on their ‘.gov’ email address. That way, work emails would be immediately captured and preserved in government record-keeping systems.”

This is a deceptive statement. It is unlikely that Clinton emailed government officials on their .gov email accounts just so that the records would be captured and preserved for record-keeping purposes. And it places the burden of protecting those records on her email partners.

Lie #17 – “Why didn’t Clinton provide her emails to the State Department until December 2014? The State Department asked for the help of the four previous former Secretaries in meeting the State Department’s obligations under the Federal Records Act.”

Clinton has portrayed the State Department’s request for her work emails as part of a large-scale effort to retrieve all past secretaries’ emails. That wasn’t the case. As the State Department said last year, the discovery by State Department lawyers that Clinton used a private email account sparked the agency’s decision to request her emails as well as those of her predecessors.

Lie #18 – “In providing these emails to the Department, Clinton included all that she had that were even remotely work-related.”

This is flatly false. Comey said that FBI investigators recovered “several thousand” emails from Clinton’s server that she did not give to the State Department. The majority were most likely deleted by Clinton’s legal team after the review of her email account was conducted in Fall 2014.

Lie #19 – “…erring on the side of over-inclusion.”

Clinton claims that the trove of emails she gave the State Department was “over-inclusive” because the agency deemed around 1,250 to be personal in nature. But she was actually under-inclusive given that she failed to turn over the “several thousand” emails that the FBI later recovered.

Lie #20 – “After providing her work and potentially work-related emails, she chose not to keep her personal, non-work-related emails, which by definition, are not federal records and were not requested by the Department or anyone else.”

Clinton directed her legal team to delete “several thousand” work-related emails.

Lie #21 – “As Clinton has said before, these were private, personal messages, including emails about her daughter’s wedding plans, her mother’s funeral services and condolence notes, as well as emails on family vacations, yoga routines, and other items one would typically find in their own email account.”

“Several thousand” of the emails Clinton had deleted were not “private, personal messages.” The FBI is reportedly turning those records over to the State Department, and they could be made available through the Freedom of Information Act.

Lie #22 – “As noted, the emails that Clinton chose not to keep were personal emails — they were not federal records or even work-related.”

Flatly wrong, as noted above.

Lie #23 – “In March 2015, when Rep. Gowdy issued a subpoena to Clinton, the State Department had received all of Clinton’s work-related emails in response to their 2014 request.”

Flatly wrong, as noted above.

Lie #24 – “Were any work items deleted in the course of producing the printed copies? No.”

Flatly wrong, as noted above.

Lie #25 – “This entailed a multi-step process to review each email and provide printed copies of Clinton’s emails to the State Department, erring on the side of including anything that might be event potentially work-related.”

Flatly wrong, as noted above. Clinton’s campaign has given inconsistent statements about the “multi-step process” used to search her emails for work-related records. Last March, her campaign spokesman, Nick Merrill, told Time that Clinton’s lawyers read all of her emails. Last week Comey said the lawyers used keyword searches to narrow down possibly work emails but did not read all of the records.

Lie #26 – “Did she withhold any work emails? She provided the State Department with all work and potentially work-related emails that she had, including all of her correspondence with Sid Blumenthal.”

Flatly wrong, as noted above.

Lie #27 – “She has also taken the unprecedented step of asking that those emails be made public.”

This is a deceptive statement. Clinton took an unprecedented step by asking that her emails be made public knowing that the State Department would not unilaterally release the records. Nor would they do so without a thorough review or through the FOIA process.

The most unprecedented step Clinton took was to use a private email server to maintain a personal email account. No other cabinet official is known to have done that in the history of the United States.

Lie #28 – “After her work-related emails were identified and preserved, Clinton chose not to keep her private, personal emails that were not federal records, including emails about her daughter’s wedding plans, her mother’s funeral service, family vacations, etc.”

Flatly wrong, as noted above.

Lie #29 – “The server for her email was physically located on her property, which was protected by U.S. Secret Service.”

This is a deceptive non-sequitur intended to leave the impression that Clinton’s email server was safe and secure. But the greatest threat to the server was not physical in nature. It risked being hacked through the Internet.

Lie #30 – “The security and integrity of her family’s electronic communications was taken seriously from the onset when it was first set up for President Clinton’s team.”

This is self-evidently wrong. Clinton must not have taken the security of her electronic communications seriously if she used an email account hosted on a private server housed in the basement of her home to send classified government emails. Both the State Department IG report and Comey noted that Clinton’s system required an around-the-clock team of technicians to ensure its security. She did not have that. Bryan Pagliano, a State Department information technology specialist who had worked on her 2008 campaign, managed the system. State Department records suggest that Pagliano was underqualified for the job.

Lie #31 – “Suffice it to say, robust protections were put in place and additional upgrades and techniques employed over time.”

See above.

Lie #32 – “Was the server ever hacked? No, there is no evidence there was ever a breach.”

Clinton cannot definitively say that her server was not hacked, as Comey suggested last week. He said that there is no “direct evidence” that the server was hacked. But he also said that it was unlikely that sophisticated foreign hackers would leave direct evidence. Comey said it would not be surprising to find out that the server was hacked since Clinton accessed her email system through her personal BlackBerry while traveling overseas and emailing with friends on their commercial email accounts.

Lie #33 – “Was there ever an unauthorized intrusion into her email or did anyone else have access to it? No.”

Clinton cannot definitively say her email was not breached.

Lie #34 – “Was the State Department able to respond to requests related to FOIA or Congressional requests before they received copies of her work-related emails? Yes.”

This is wrong. The State Department declined numerous FOIA requests filed for Clinton’s email records while she was in office. The agency’s records management office rejected the requests because workers were unaware of Clinton’s email arrangement. In one case cited in a State Department IG report issued in January, Clinton’s chief of staff Cheryl Mills was told of a FOIA request for information about Clinton’s email account. The request was rejected even though Mills emailed Clinton almost daily. (RELATED: IG: Cheryl Mills Gave ‘Inaccurate And Incomplete’ Response To Request For Hillary’s Emails)

Lie #35 – “The State Department was able to search and produce Clinton’s emails when needed long before, and unrelated to, receiving the printed copies as they were already captured on state.gov accounts.”

Democrats on House Benghazi Committee Secretly Colluded with Clinton Campaign, Undermined Investigation

Four Americans were killed in Benghazi and dozens injured, secret documents in both our consulate and CIA annex were exposed, national security compromised. It was all avoidable.

We know that in spite of the fact that they asked for better security hundreds of times, Hillary  stripped their security from them and Hillary actually hired an offshoot of Al-Qaeda (yes the guys who carried out the 9/11 attacks) to provide security for our consulate.

There is evidence to show that the State Department was using the facility to send weapons to Muslim Brotherhood and pre-ISIS Islamic radicals who were fighting Syrian strongman Bashir Al-Assad. The fewer patriotic Americans on site who would leak such idiocy if they found out about it the better, hence most of the American security was stripped from them…and now they are dead.

[See our previous Benghazi and Libya coverage HERE

Democrats have said over and over that the Benghazi investigation was purely political. Democrats, along with their friends in the elite media, have said that the attacks have been investigated and resolved.

To this day, thanks to Obama Administration stone walling, most of our Benghazi questions to this day have not been answered:

Thanks to Clinton campaign emails released by WikiLeaks we see very clearly just who was politicizing what rather than working to find the truth. The email:

clinton-podesta-email-dems-benghazi-committee

The Daily Caller summarizes:

New documents released by WikiLeaks in connection with its dump of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s email indicate that Democrats on the House Select Committee on Benghazi coordinated with David Kendall, Bill and Hillary Clinton’s long time private counsel.

Kendall, of Williams & Connolly, has represented the Clinton’s since 1993, when he was retained in connection with the Whitewater investigation.

“Benghazi Committe Dems want us to know that Gowdy has just quietly signed up to appear live on FTN this Sunday,” Kendall wrote, in reference to Face the Nation, the CBS Sunday morning political program hosted by John Dickerson. “Apparently, R’s were disappointed in how little media pick up the SB email ‘revelations’ got. I’m not sure there’s much we can do but be forewarned,” he continued, in reference to news that Sidney Blumenthal, a long time Clinton confidant who was banned from joining the administration by White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel, was advising Mrs. Clinton in an informal capacity.

The email was sent to Jennifer Palmieri, the campaign’s communications director, and Nick Merrill, Clinton’s traveling press secretary. Senior Clinton aides Cheryl Mills, Heather Samuelson, and Katherine Turner were also copied on the message. All three are lawyers who have counseled Clinton throughout the probe of the private email server she maintained during her tenure as Secretary of State. All three were present when she was questioned by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Mills forwarded the email to “hdr29@hrcoffice.com,” the email address Clinton appears to have been using at the time. The address is no longer active.

“Can we do another video w Brian Fallon or another campaign press person debunking it all before he appears so he has to respond?,” Clinton responded. Fallon is a campaign spokesman.

NEWSGATE – Sharyl Attkisson outs dishonest reporters who collude with politicians

Sharyl Attkisson

While WikiLeaks has given us a partial list of reporters who colluded with the Clinton campaign to help sway the election.

In her lengthy post, veteran CBS News reporter Sharyl Attkisson outs dishonest reporters by name and is keeping the list updated.  She called the scandal NEWSGATE.

The following accounts come from human sources, Freedom of Information Act documents and Wikileaks emails. Obviously, this is just a small sampling of the behind the scenes dealings going on between reporters and their sources.

Could WikiLeaks emails be faked? Answers here.

By the Editor

Could WikiLeaks emails be fake? In order to make the case that they are fake one would have to overcome the following eight facts and problems.

1 – WikiLeaks has NEVER had to retract a story, document, or publication because it was found to be false or faked. WikiLeaks has exposed millions of documents from various governments for over a decade. They have no track record of doctoring anything, when one reads the emails for oneself, they are compelling.

2 – It is not a crime to invent fake documents and call them classified. The fact that US Government wants Assange for spreading classified intel (mostly stuff that was classified because it was embarrassing) by default means the US Government has confirmed that WikiLeaks documents are genuine.

3 – WikiLeaks is a foreign group, they are not Republicans or Democrats, their agenda is transparency with all governments….and that is the agenda of their donors. To risk losing credibility is to risk losing all funding from their crowd sourcing etc. They have every motivation to keep things on the up & up. Also worthy of note is that Anonymous is a foreign hacker group and they say that Hillary is corrupt.

4 – Most importantly, Hillary and her top staff, according to the State Department IG and FBI, were beyond careless and even contemptuous of national security and communications security protocols – their words not ours. In short, they were begging to get hacked and they did.

5 – Exactly ZERO of the dozens of reporters who were caught unethically coordinating with the Clinton campaign have come out and said the emails are fake.

6 – That said, we are talking about dozens of emails every day from the Clinton Campaign’s staff and the DNC – OVER THE COURSE OF YEARS. No one could manufacture hundreds of thousands fake emails and make it all accurate to the minute with the lives of hundreds of people. If it was fake it would be easy to debunk because no one could know that many details about so many people’s lives on a day to day basis over such a lengthy stretch of time.

7 – Information technology is reasonably secure, the complete emails headers, IT routing information etc, is included with each email at a tab at the top, all of which can be tracked and really is not fakable on a mass scale to this degree. The number of servers and routers that would have to be hacked to insert reams of false data makes this nigh impossible.

8 – Many of the emails in question with the Hillary Campaign, including some of the emails with Donna Brazile, used DKIM authentication which even the NSA might not be able to spoof.

DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM) is an email authentication method designed to detect email spoofing. It allows the receiver to check that an email claimed to come from a specific domain was indeed authorized by the owner of that domain. It is intended to prevent forged sender addresses in emails, a technique often used in phishing and email spam.

In technical terms, DKIM lets a domain associate its name with an email message by affixing a digital signature to it. Verification is carried out using the signer’s public key published in the DNS. A valid signature guarantees that some parts of the email (possibly including attachments) have not been modified since the signature was affixed.

DNC Chair Donna Brazile Caught Lying Again, Delivered More Debate Questions to Hillary in Advance. Pulls Race Card. CNN Fires.

donna-brazile-right-and-hillary
Donna Brazile (right) and Hillary Clinton

DNC Chairman Donna Brazile likes to portray herself as a sweet lil’ Christian black lady who cries “PERSECUTION” when her integrity is questioned. Thanks to campaign emails via WikiLeaks we now know that “status” of her integrity beyond all doubt.

What have we discovered?

1 – Donna Brazile, as DNC Vice Chair, leaked Bernie Sanders’ campaign secrets to the Clinton campaign.

2 – While Brazile was tweeting about how fabulous the Obama economy is, she was telling the Clinton campaign that the economy is in despair.

3 – We know that Brazile, when DNC Vice Chair and a CNN employee, got a tough town hall debate question in advance and passed them on to Hillary . She got debate questions in advance from debate moderator Roland Martin. When called on it she denied it and told Megyn Kelly that she was being persecuted by WikiLeaks or the Russians because she is a black woman.

4 – The very left wing and true hater of all things traditional, Salon Magazine (they even published multiple calls for the torture and murder of Sarah Palin), called Donna Brazile out as guilty and published a monetary reward from a security researcher if someone can duplicate such a faked email.

5 – Now we know that Brazile passed on debate questions from another CNN debate as well. Read the email for yourself HERE:
donna-brazile-second-cnn-debate-question

6 – CNN has fired Donna Brazile.

As flawed as we believe Megyn Kelley is, she is right to be outraged by this as Donna Brazile lied to her face:

Donald Trump asks, “Why didn’t Hillary turn in Donna Brazile for handing her the debate questions in advance” – VIDEO.

Could the WikiLeaks emails be faked? As we explained in this post the answer in short is no. It is also worth pointing out that many of the emails in question with the Hillary Campaign, including some of the emails with Donna Brazile, used DKIM authentication which even the NSA might not be able to spoof.

DNC Chair Donna Brazile in internal campaign mails: economy, people in despair…..

donna-brazile-smile

Donna Brazile seems like such a sweet lady. Look at that bright smile! She wouldn’t lie to you would she?

UPDATE – Donna Brazile received debate questions from CNN in advance and passed them to Hillary. Caught lying about it – LINK.

…….but we now know thanks to tens of thousands of leaked documents via WikiLeaks, congressional investigations, and the courts mandating the release of government documents, that virtually the entire Democratic Party leadership is a corrupt lying cabal that is enriching itself and their donors at our expense…

……and the corporate media either ignores it or simply reports on their web site so they can say that they covered it, which is why you missed it on the front page and on the network news.

[NOTE: The previous Democrat Party Chair, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, was forced to step down after leaked emails show that she improperly used the resources and personnel of the DNC to rig the primary against Bernie Sanders.]

On Twitter, Democratic Party Chairman Donna Brazile tells us that the economy is just great!

And in emails among top Hillary Clinton campaign staffers she says very differently:

Clinton Campaign emails: How do we answer when asked about the (illegal) deletions?

The Federal Records Act says that government business on email must be archived on government servers. The Espionage Act says that classified information may not go out on unsecured or unauthorized networks. The law is that once something is under subpoena if you delete it, that is obstruction of justice.

Hillary and her staff did all of this countless times. When asked about it the reflexive answer was not just to simply tell the truth, it was to invent the best possible answer to benefit them. This of course, is also obstruction because they know that the FBI and Congress will be asking these very questions. No indication of just telling the truth is suggested.

Tax Returns Show Clinton Foundation Only Spent 10% on Charitable Grants, Not 90%

Remember when Hillary said in the debate that 90% of what the Clinton Foundation brings in goes to charity and those in need? Well those in need must include themselves and their pals according to their 2013 tax filing:

http://www.guidestar.org/FinDocuments/2013/311/580/2013-311580204-0b0083da-9.pdf

Their tweet with graphic below is simply a lie straight up.

The Federalist
:

There’s only one problem: that claim is demonstrably false. And it is false not according to some partisan spin on the numbers, but because the organization’s own tax filings contradict the claim.

clinton-foundation-2013-breakdown-federalist

In order for the 88 percent claim to be even remotely close to the truth, the words “directly” and “life-changing” have to mean something other than “directly” and “life-changing.” For example, the Clinton Foundation spent nearly $8.5 million–10 percent of all 2013 expenditures–on travel. Do plane tickets and hotel accommodations directly change lives? Nearly $4.8 million–5.6 percent of all expenditures–was spent on office supplies. Are ink cartridges and staplers “life-changing” commodities?

Those two categories alone comprise over 15 percent of all Clinton Foundation expenses in 2013, and we haven’t even examined other spending categories like employee fringe benefits ($3.7 million), IT costs ($2.1 million), rent ($4 million) or conferences and conventions ($9.2 million). Yet, the tax-exempt organization claimed in its tweet that no more than 12 percent of its expenditures went to these overhead expenses.

How can both claims be true? Easy: they’re not. The claim from the Clinton Foundation that 88 percent of all expenditures go directly to life-changing work is demonstrably false.

Powerline: Never forget the liberal media runs a smear campaign every election cycle.

Thanks to leaked emails form the DNC and the Hillary for President Campaign we now know that scores of elite media reporters essentially work for them, coordinate with them, and even submit their stories to them for approval before handing them over to their editors.

Some are pretending that two weeks before an election stories of women claiming they were groped by the Republican candidate is some how something new. The allegations against Herman Can who ran for president in 2012 were demonstrated to be false and orchestrated by David Axelrod, Barack Obama’s campaign manager.

Powerline takes us in a short trip through memory lane:

Today’s news is dominated by claims that years ago, Donald Trump made crude comments about women, or inappropriately touched women, or intruded into a women’s dressing room, and so on. Gone from the campaign are such issues as the economy, Obamacare, national security and immigration. As Election Day approaches, the news is all Trump scandals, all the time.

Some will say–I may have said–that Republican primary voters asked for it by nominating a man with obvious personal vulnerabilities, instead of a more upright (and more electable) Marco Rubio, John Kasich, Ted Cruz or whoever.

But what’s a Republican to do? Last cycle, we nominated the ultimate Boy Scout: Mitt Romney. Whatever you think of Romney from a policy perspective, he is as admirable a man as you will ever meet. To find a presidential candidate of better moral character, you probably have to go back to Abraham Lincoln and George Washington. Romney never said a rude word about a woman in his life.

So what happened? Did Romney and the GOP get credit in the press for the candidates’s outstanding character? No. Romney, who helped to create tens of thousands of jobs at Bain Capital, was denounced as a “vulture capitalist” and blamed, absurdly, for one woman’s developing cancer. The Washington Post made a front page story of the fact that 50 years earlier, when he was in high school, he and others had cut a classmate’s hair. Oh, and Romney was a racist, too. Does anyone remember why? I don’t.

The cycle before that, GOP voters nominated John McCain. McCain is a great patriot, a man of extraordinary character and courage who survived years of torture and abuse as a prisoner of war in Vietnam. Did the liberal media give Republicans credit for nominating such a hero? No. The New York Times, to its everlasting shame, peddled a false rumor that McCain had an affair with a lobbyist. (Bill Clinton would have done that before breakfast.) It also berated McCain for failing to release his medical records–which, actually, he did, unlike Bill Clinton and Barack Obama.

The Left’s permanent smear campaign against conservatives doesn’t just extend to Republican presidential candidates. Recall how the Democrat/media complex treated the Tea Party. Prominent House Democrats lied, disgracefully: they claimed, falsely, that Tea Party activists at a protest in Washington had hurled racial insults at black Democrats like John Lewis. The press ate it up. They printed the Democrats’ lies as facts, and to this day reporters and editors have never corrected the libel, even though a $100,000 prize to anyone who could substantiate the Democrats’ lies went unclaimed.

Clinton Campaign Colluded /w State Department and Associated Press to Undermine House Benghazi Committee

As if the previous revelations from the Clinton Campaign’s own emails weren’t solid proof enough to show how the elite media and the Obama Administration colluded to commit perjury and obstruction, this email chain is especially damning.

It shows Hillary Clinton’s staff attorney Cheryl Mills actively working back and forth with the State Department and the Associated Press (AP) to get everyone on the same page as far as the talking points and the story (read lies) they are going to tell. It also shows that they knew they were not turning over all of the subpoenaed emails.

Leaked Hillary Emails: Excecutive from CitiGroup Helped Pick Most of Obama’s Cabnet

Do you ever wonder why there is, all too often, not much difference in policy between Bush/Clinton/Obama?

We all saw Hillary in the last debate, as well as Democrat for decades blast Wall Street, say that the gravy train is over, that they are going to clamp down on excesses and reign in the big money influence of Banks and Wall Street, only to watch as both Democrats and Republicans make the gravy train even larger? Well, you are about to catch a glimpse at just why that is.

Micheal Froman is an executive at CitiGroup and his company in part received massive bailouts form the tax payers after the mortgage collapse. So why is he picking, with almost 100% accuracy, who should be in Obama’s cabinet and who should be in many of the deputy positions as well?

In these emails (one & two) CitiGroup’s Micheal Froman sends Hillary for President campaign manager and former Bill Clinton Chief of Staff, John Podesta, an attached list of who he thinks should fill the major government positions. This is from the first page:
citi-bank-helped-pick-obama-cabnet-hillary

As you can see the list is something beyond prescient.

A careful look at Micheal Froman shows a revolving door from various positions on the Democratic Party, Wall Street and back again. In short, there is no line between the political leadership and in Wall Street/International Mega-Corps etc.

So the next time that a Democrat tells you that they are going to tax the rich, now you understand why they have been “taxing the rich” for the last 50 years and somehow managed to repeatedly miss the target.

Networks Trash Trump, Steer Clear of Clinton Scandals Revealed by WikiLeaks

nbc-abc-cbs-media-bias-oct-13-2016
The stats in the image above are just from last night. In the period between last Friday evening, October 7, to Thursday morning, October 13, the morning and evening news shows on ABC, CBS and NBC spent 4 hours and 13 minutes reporting on accusations against Donald Trump for sexual harassment and/or assault, while the revelations from Wikileaks regarding Hillary Clinton’s staff’s emails received coverage for a paltry 36 minutes. That is literally a 7-to-1 ratio.
