Democrats create these tax free non -profit groups and foundations that are supposed to be non-partisan but they never are because enforcement is lax. They are just fronts for the Democratic Party.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife gave nearly $420 million into nonprofits that aided in the administration and infrastructure of the 2020 election – and heavily favored Democrat counties, according to a new report.

Zuckerberg, 37, and his wife Priscilla Chan, 36, donated $419.5million to The Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) and The Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR), nonprofits that provided grants to counties and helped fund the administration of the election.

Both CTCL and CEIR provided funds to local governments and helped implement administrative practices, voting methods, data-sharing agreements, and outreach programs, according to a report published in the Federalist.

The research shows Biden-winning counties were three times more likely to get funding from the organizations than Trump ones, and the Democrats were reportedly given a significant boost in swing states through promotion of practices that have typically favoured their voters, such as mail-in voting.

The bombshell report sparked outrage from senior Republican on Wednesday, with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis blasting the Facebook founder during a news conference and saying recent election reform had ‘banned Zuckerbucks’ in the state.

‘So, Zuckerberg, he spent over $400 million through these, quote, nonprofits to, quote, help with election administration,’ DeSantis said.

‘But what they would do is they would require certain things to be done like mass mail balloting, ballot harvesting, and they would focus on partisan voter turnout, basically. That was totally unacceptable.’

Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin – one state that was reportedly targeted by the non-profit’s practices – said: ‘I continue to question whether Mark Zuckerberg’s highly partisan 2020 election spending was even legal.’

And Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky tweeted: ‘Are our elections for sale? Did Mark Zuckerberg purchase the Wisconsin Presidential election?’

While CTCL and CEIR are both non-partisan organisations, the report calls the non-profits ‘demonstrably ideological’, and claims both likely contributed to the record-breaking turnout that lead to Joe Biden’s win in 2020.

Zuckerberg’s funds may have helped get more voters to the polls in Arizona, which Biden won by 10,000 and Georgia, which he won by 12,000, according to analysis by the Caesar Rodney Election Research Institute – a Delaware-based think tank.

‘We have good reason to anticipate that the results of our work will show that CTCL and CEIR involvement in the 2020 election gave rise to an election that, while free, was not fair,’ wrote Dr. William Doyle, the principle researcher behind the analysis.

‘The 2020 election wasn’t stolen — it was likely bought with money poured through legal loopholes,’ he concludes in the report.

Supply chain shortages and government spending has taken a toll Americans’ wallets, with households on average having to shell out an additional $175 on average for essentials like food, fuel, and housing, and analysts have no prediction to when prices will stabilize.

Chief economist at Moody’s Analytics, Mark Zandi, told the New York Post that households earning the US median annual income of about $70,000 are having to spend $175 more due to the current inflation rate, which surged 5.3 percent in August compared to the same month last year. “That’s the equivalent of a full grocery, electric or cellphone bill,” Zandi said.

Despite the inflation being called “transitory” by government officials, the rate is running at a 30-year high, and has been for months.

Gordon Haskett analyst Chuck Grom predicts that “price increases will continue until the middle of next year,” pointing to a recent PepsiCo announcement that consumers should expect another surge in pricing of their items early next year.

Grom noted that a 10-ounce bag of Lay’s potato chips, produced under the company Frito-Lay which  is owned by PepsiCo, cost $3.75 in August, 50 cents more than last year earlier at Dollar General stores in the Southwest.

Other items at the discount chain have creeped up in price, with a dozen 12 ounce cans of Coca-Cola costing $5.75, 50 cents more than last year. Half a gallon of store brand 2 percent milk costs $4.49, 74 cents more than last year, according to Grom.

In the Northeast at Family Dollar stores, a 12-pack of Coke cost $6.90 in August, up $1.50 from last year, and a can of Folger’s coffee costs $8.80, 85 cents more.

“In the Big Apple, grocery chains Gristedes and D’Agostino’s have increased prices by as much as 15 percent on chicken wings and beef, 10 percent on milk and 5 percent on eggs, while non-food-related items have gone up by about 10 percent, according to owner John Catsimatidis,” wrote the New York Post.

Washington Free Beacon:

A left-wing group funded by the Center for American Progress and George Soros’s Open Society Foundations submitted a letter to the government that advocated for murdering Republicans.

Free Press, a well-funded liberal group that aims to “reshape media” in the United States, sent a letter to the Federal Communications Commission that included the question: “Are we going to have to shoot Republican[s] to reclaim our democracy?”

The Free Press letter, which called on the FCC to “investigate its own history of racism and examine how its policy choices and actions have harmed black people and other communities of color,” was signed by just under 5,000 of the group’s members, who were given the opportunity to provide comment along with their signature. The call to “shoot” Republicans came from a California member named David Lyons, who further complained that “racist horseshit like FOX and the other ultraconservative outlets and Christians” owned “most of our media.”

Free Press formally withdrew the petition after FCC commissioner Brendan Carr said its inclusion of violent rhetoric was disqualifying.

“The only action the FCC should take on a request like this—one based on a comment asking whether Republicans should be shot—is to dismiss it with prejudice,” Carr told the Washington Free Beacon. “The FCC should not endorse this type of call for violence by opening an FCC proceeding on it.”

Reflecting the national media’s scant coverage of the Spygate scandal, only 3 in 10 Americans say they are aware that a special prosecutor is investigating the origins of the Trump-Russia “collusion” probe, according to a nationwide survey conducted this month by TechnoMetrica Institute of Policy and Politics (TIPP).

But of those who say they know of Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation, most say they want him to get to the bottom of whether the FBI opened investigations into several Trump campaign advisers during the 2016 election without proper “predication.”

Nearly two-thirds (62 percent) of respondents say they want the Justice Department to renew Durham’s budget for another fiscal year, the TIPP poll found, and a whopping 81 percent want the department to release his final report to the public.

Attorney General Merrick Garland, a Biden appointee, holds the purse strings to Durham’s investigation. He also has authority over whether his report will be made public.

“Americans who know of the Durham investigation have a keen interest in it,” said Raghavan Mayur, president of New Jersey-based TIPP. “Regardless of party or ideology, the majority of them want the attorney general to continue the investigation and release the report to the public. We found unanimous consent there.”

A surprisingly high share of Democrats—68 percent—agreed with Republicans and Independents that Durham’s budget should be renewed, while 82 percent of Democrats agreed his report should be released in full.

How is it that leftists destroy everything they touch? Maybe this is why:

Then some creepy woke jerks like the Loudoun School Board covers up two brutal rapes and does it in the name of representing gay and trans people. Or another of countless school boards that put pedophelia and porn materials in schools and do it in the name of gay/trans tolerance.

Yours truly has been asking gay and trans people about this and they are infuriated.

Being gay/trans comes with extra drama as they will tell you and the last thing they need is pedophelia/bathroom rape or other crimes associated with them. Gay/trans people are disgusted by what they see as fake trans men putting on a skirt so they can strut into the girls bathroom or shower and cause trouble.  Woke leftists have been hiding behind gays when advocating the normalization of pedophelia for years.

“How dare you criticize us, you just hate LGBT blah blah blah”

The vast majority of gay people are sick of it.

Steven Crowder did an episode of his show about pedophiles and fake trans criminals are taking advantage of woke leftism in order to cover for their crimes, violating children, girls in bathrooms etc.

Crowder sourced his information with evidence that is verifiable and posted the sourcing on his web site for all to see.

YouTube pulled Crowder’s video and gave his account a strike saying he was criticizing LGBT people. No, Crowder was criticizing criminals.

The result is that people not familiar with LGBT start to associate or draw an equivalence between LGBT and criminal sexual conduct because they keep hearing that association again and again. Nsiah also worked in Congress for over eight years, most recently as Policy Director for the Congressional Black Caucus and on the Joint Economic Committee as a Senior Policy Advisor.

Among Pfizer’s robust lobbying team are alumni of Republican presidential administrations and Congressional offices.

Justin McCarthy, who served under George W. Bush as a Special Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs, and Ben Howard, who served as a Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy Director of Legislative Affairs under Donald Trump, both lobby for the pharmaceutical giant.

David Schiappa, a longtime Republican staff member of the Senate holding the role of Secretary for Leader Mitch McConnell, is also lobbying for Pfizer.

Pfizer, which recently received approval for a third booster dose of its COVID-19 vaccine, has substantially increased its lobbying budget. In 2019, the company spent $11,000,000 on lobbying efforts before increasing the total to $13,150,000 – the highest total since 2010.

In 2019, the company retained 77 lobbyists before the total grew to a team of 102 lobbyists in 2020. So far in 2021, Pfizer has declared 92 lobbyists.

While Moderna retained just one lobbyist throughout all of 2019 and added one lobbyist the following year, in 2021, the company has already hired an additional twelve lobbyists, representing a 600 percent increase in the company’s total lobbying force.

In 2019, Moderna spent $40,000 on lobbying and $280,000 in 2020, and just halfway into 2021, the company has already spent $290,000.

Turley wrote that recent reports about emails that allegedly link President Joe Biden to Hunter Biden’s bank account ”is the latest contraction of President Biden’s repeated claims that he was unaware and uninvolved in past dealings by his son.” 

He added, ”Given these links, there are legitimate questions of why the Justice Department has not sought a special counsel in the ongoing investigation of alleged money-laundering and tax violations linked to the president’s son. More importantly, even if there are no criminal charges, there is now a compelling need for an independent report on the alleged influence peddling operation by Hunter, his uncle James Biden, and potentially his father, President Biden.”

During the 2020 presidential campaign, Biden dismissed concerns about his son’s activities with Burisma Holdings in Ukraine, saying that ”There’s nobody that’s indicated there’s a single solitary thing that he did that was inappropriate, wrong … or anything other than the appearance. It looked bad that he was there. He acknowledges that he in fact made a mistake going on the board.”

Turley noted that ”President Biden has long insisted that that his son did ‘nothing wrong.’ That is obviously untrue. One can argue over whether Hunter committed any crime, but few would say that there is nothing wrong with raw influence peddling worth millions with foreign entities. The public has a legitimate reason to know whether the President or his family ran an influence peddling operation worth millions.

Eric Coomer of Dominion Voting Machine infamy decided he was going to sue Rudy Giuliani and others for comments about the accuracy of the counting that Dominion does.

So one would think that if one worked for such a company they would maintain a certain political detachment so that no one would suspect or accuse you of rigging the system in favor of one’s biases…..Eric Coomer did not do that. 

Coomer’s statements on social media amounts to Trump derangement  content in the extreme.  Coomer cursed out any social media friends he had who voted for Trump. He called Trump and his voters every dirty name in the book repeatedly. Coomer accused Trump of all sorts of silly conspiracy theorist things in the most unhinged way imaginable. 

On top of that the video of Coomer’s deposition makes it obvious that he is not being truthful. In short, Coomer played right into Giuliani’s hands.

After seeing the deposition a reasonable person could easily conclude that Coomer would do anything to stop Trump…anything.

Nuclear engineer for the NAVY’s Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program Jonathan Toebbe, along with his wife Diana, allegedly sold restricted information about the design of nuclear-powered naval vessels, according to the criminal complaint.

According to the documents, Jonathan Toebbe, who had top secret security clearance, as well as active Q clearance from the US Department of Energy (DOE), loaded restricted data onto SD cards and concealed them in half a peanut butter sandwich using a sealed Band-Aid wrapper and a chewing gum package. He then left the sandwiches at drop points in West Virginia, south-central Pennsylvania and eastern Virginia. He thought he was selling the data to a representative of a foreign power who actually an undercover FBI agent.

Intel has some very smart lawyers. They are well aware that there are medical privacy laws passed by Congress such as HIPAA. There are labor laws and union contract laws that have an impact. There are medical malpractice and ethics laws that enforce generally accepted practices and procedures. There is also the all important Nuremberg Code. No executive order by Biden can overturn those laws.
The Supreme Court uses Strict Scrutiny for those who have a religious, conscientious or medical exemption for a vaccine or any other medical procedure. On top of that there is also the Religious Freedom Restoration Act which was passed by Congress. 

Even though the corpomedia is barely reporting it, lawsuits naming a religious exemption to the poke are winning across the country.  Eventually the Supreme Court is going to uphold such laws. Those companies who violate them are going to find themselves sued for civil rights violations and corporate lawyers giving bad advice are going to get sued for malpractice so says famed trial attorney Robert Barnes. 

Intel is not requiring the poke and is forbidding management from even asking their employees about their vaccination status. 

It gets better, Intel’s quarantine procedures recognize having natural immunity the same as having the poke (section 1.2).

According to the judicial order, which could be the first of its kind in the country against a coronavirus vaccine mandate, United Airlines is prohibited from placing employees with religious and medical exemptions on unpaid leave until October 26 while litigation continues. The judge also prohibited the airline from denying any employee requests for religious or medical exemptions. Previously, the airline did not allow employees to apply for an exemption after August 31.

A Virginia father who went viral after being dragged out of a Loudoun County school board meeting and arrested for protesting its proposed transgender policies has now revealed he was trying to tell the room that his daughter had been raped by a boy at school in the girls’ bathroom.

Scott Smith was photographed on June 22 being dragged out of the heated meeting with his torso exposed in Leesburg, Virginia. The 48-year-old plumber was ridiculed on social media afterwards and was painted by the left to be a deranged, right-wing bigot.

But in an interview with The Daily Wire that was published on Monday, he explains that he was trying to stick up for his daughter, who was attacked at Stone Bridge High School on May 28 by a boy ‘wearing in a skirt.’ 

Smith says the boy took advantage of the school’s trans policies to get into the girls’ bathrooms and assault her. 

Two months after the incident, the boy – who has not been named because he is a juvenile – was arrested for forced sodomy.  

And in October, he was arrested again on different charges for allegedly assaulting a different girl, at a different school. He is now in a juvenile detention center.

But Smith says Loudoun County schools went out of their way to protect the child – ‘a sexual predator’. The school still has not commented.

To the far left, things like objective truth have no value to them, which is why they use tools to confuse people such as moral relativism, or they simply change the meanings of words or change names.

For example one school board renamed Critical Race Theory (CRT) Propaganda  to DEI only to say “See we don’t teach CRT.”

This is why medical ethics are so clear about medical informed consent and why the Supreme Court has upheld conscientious objections to various medical procedures such as vaccines. 

Some cite as an exception is the 1905 Supreme Court case Jacobson v Massachusetts where the state mandated that people get the smallpox vaccine or pay a fine of five dollars.  

The warnings and clear limits put into the language of Jacobson have been largely ignored by politicized judges.

The first warning appears below, that this power of state to enforce a medical mandate is extremely limited and may not violate the Constitution (such as religious objections), and cannot be arbitrary and oppressive.

While a local regulation, even if based on the acknowledged police power of a State, must always yield in case of conflict with the exercise by the General Government of any power it possesses under the Constitution, the mode or manner of exercising its police power is wholly within the discretion of the State so long as the Constitution of the United States is not contravened, or any right granted or secured thereby is not infringed, or not exercised in such an arbitrary and oppressive manner as to justify the interference of the courts to prevent wrong and oppression.

Politicized judges went off the deep end in citing Jacobson as a precedent. In Buck v Bell (1927) the court ruled that the government can force involuntary sterilization on those the state declared to be imbeciles. In Korematsu v United States (1944) the court cited Jacobson as precedent in order to justify Japanese internment. 

Keep in mind that Jacobson came long before the Nuremberg Trials. Smallpox killed a third of anyone who contracted the disease. The vaccine for it had been tested over many years and proved safe. Treatments for smallpox were not very effective by today’s standards. The CCP virus has a mortality rate of just over 1% which continues to drop as treatments improve.

In 1905 there was no National Institute of Health, no CDC, no massive medical research being done at most universities, charities, advanced pharmaceuticals, etc. In 1905 communicable disease was the number one cause of death. Today there is no need for such draconian mandates as medical treatments for most any ailment are plentiful and diverse. Even the National Institute of Health has published peer reviewed papers saying that rulings like Jacobson are completely unnecessary and violate people’s liberty.

It is for the clear abuses and more that these interpretations of Jacobson v Massachusetts have been considered archaic and fail rationality by today’s standards. No judge or can cite them as honest precedent. Only someone with an agenda would dare. 

Here is the stinger. In Jacobson the Supreme Court points out that neither side claimed that the smallpox vaccination could “seriously impair his health” as the vaccine is extraordinarily safe. The Covid vaccinations enjoy no such luxury. The CDC VAERS Database shows thousands of deaths after receiving the poke, many due to myocarditis. 

The court also recognized an exemption for those who are not a “fit subject of vaccination” which included medical exemptions. Meaning that your physician can exempt you and/or one can have natural immunity from already contracting the virus and surviving. Anyone who is naturally immune is clearly not a “fit subject of vaccination.” 

The question is, will the higher court judges obey the law or play “politics and agendas.”
