We have seen in case after case after case after case that protestor’s on January 6th were called violent militia insurrectionists who were out to overthrow the country. They were arrested and put in solitary confinements for months.
The DOJ delayed and delayed the citizens right to a speedy trial only to come up with mostly elderly people who followed the crowd and took selfies, many of which never even entered the Capitol building.
Court documents and video evidence the government revealed in court mandated discovery show that at least several who were doing property damage at the Capitol that day were federal agents. In court filings those who did property damage were labeled as “co-conspirator #1, #2 etc, but were never named or actually charged.
When lawyers started to demand discovery to find out from FBI/DoJ what was going on the FBI put out a release saying explaining now they were wrong about a conspiracy to have an insurrection.
What does this have to do with the FBI targeting parents standing up for their rights at school board meetings? When the FBI/DoJ says they care about protecting free speech, they have already demonstrated otherwise in grotesque ways.
So why bother going after ANTIFA terrorists when parents opposing critical race theory, marxist indoctrination and racism at a school board meeting must be a bigger threat, at least according to Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland:
