Germany: New Refugees Commit Nearly 24,000 Crimes Per Month.
To put it in perspective Germany is only half the size of Texas.

This was the equivalent of 780 crimes a day – an increase of nearly 40 percent over 2015, according to data from Germany’s Federal Criminal Police Office
It comes as German chancellor Angela Merkel remains under pressure over her open-door policy on immigration amid concerns over how to integrate 900,000 newcomers who arrived last year.
According to the Gatestone Institute, an international policy council, police in some parts of the country fear they are being stretched to the limit amid climbing crime figures.
Their report said: ‘During the first six months of 2016, migrants committed 142,500 crimes, according to the Federal Criminal Police Office. This is equivalent to 780 crimes committed by migrants every day, an increase of nearly 40 per cent over 2015. The data includes only those crimes in which a suspect has been caught.
‘Migrant crime statistics for all of 2016, when they become available, are likely to show a significant increase over the 2015 numbers. One reason for this is that thousands of migrants who entered the country as ‘asylum seekers’ or ‘refugees’ have gone missing.’

The FBI could not review all of the Hillary Clinton emails under investigation because:
- The Clintons’ Apple personal server used for Hillary Clinton work email could not be located for the FBI to examine.
- An Apple MacBook laptop and thumb drive that contained Hillary Clinton email archives were lost, and the FBI couldn’t examine them.
- 2 BlackBerry devices provided to FBI didn’t have their SIM or SD data cards.
- 13 Hillary Clinton personal mobile devices were lost, discarded or destroyed. Therefore, the FBI couldn’t examine them.
- Various server backups were deleted over time, so the FBI couldn’t examine them.
- After State Dept. notified Hillary Clinton her records would be sought by House Benghazi Committee, copies of her email on the laptops of her attorneys Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson were wiped with BleachBit, and the FBI couldn’t review them.
- After her emails were subpoenaed, Hillary Clinton’s email archive was also permanently deleted from her then-server “PRN” with BleachBit, and the FBI couldn’t review it.
- Also after the subpoena, backups of the PRN server were manually deleted.
Even though the FBI did not have a complete record of Hillary Clinton’s emails on three unclassified personal servers, it found:
- 2,093 emails State Dept. currently classifies as Confidential or Secret. (State Dept. did not address what their classification was at the time they were sent.)
- 193 emails (81 separate email conversations) that were classified at the time they were sent, ranging from “Confidential” to “Top Secret/Special Access Program.”
- 68 of the 81 email chains remain classified today.
- 8 were Top Secret.
- 37 were Secret.
- 36 were Confidential.
- 7 were Special Access Program.
- 3 were Sensitive Compartmentalized Information.
- 36 were Not Releasing to Foreign Governments.
- 2 were Releasable Only to Five Allied Partners.
- 12 of the suspect email chains were not provided by Hillary’s attorneys. The FBI found them other ways.

FBI: No link between Trump and Russia
In short, Hillary likely knew better.
We also know from emails released by WikiLeaks that the Clinton campaign plot to smear Trump with the Russian ties allegation went as far back as April.
The source on the FBI investigation is the New York Times who has sided with Hillary Clinton unreservedly.
Amid multiple reports drawing different connections between Donald Trump‘s campaign and Russia Monday night, The New York Times reported that FBI officials’ investigations of the GOP presidential nominee have yet to confirm any ties.
FBI officials said their investigations have yet to find a connection between the GOP presidential nominee and Russia.
The bureau has been investigating the Russian government’s role in the U.S. presidential election. But the FBI believes that the country was likely trying to disrupt the overall race and not trying boost Trump’s chance of getting elected.

CNN & Washington Post asked Democrat Party to write negative talking points to use against Trump and Cruz.
We have been cataloging the collusion between many dozens of members of the elite media with the Clinton Campaign, including reporters submitting their work for approval, CNN leaking debate questions to Hillary in advance, debate moderators coordinating with the Clinton campaign and the list goes on, but this one maybe the biggest one of all as the collusion goes on for some time as revealed by DNC emails made public by WikiLeaks.
Notice that the UK Daily Mail is reporting this in a big way, but the American elite media is near mum.
Among the batch of 8,263 emails released on Sunday night, one shows that staff working for the network hosts asked DNC staffers what questions they should put to the Republican candidate.
They also asked for advice when it came to an appearance from former candidate, Ted Cruz.
An email dated April 28 entitled ‘Cruz on CNN’ reads ‘CNN is looking for questions. Please send some topical/interesting ones.’
That email was sent from DNC research director Lauren Dillon to other officials and staffers.
Days before that, on April 25 she asked for questions from officials and staffers for an interview that CNN’s Wolf Blitzer would be conducting with Trump.

Hillary’s top IT official pleads the 5th Amendment 90 times….

The former top IT official to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, pleaded the 5th Amendment against self-incrimination – 90 times — in a federal court-ordered deposition on Oct. 24.
John Bentel, the former Director of Information Resource Management of the Executive Secretariat, the office that handles information technology for the Office of the Secretary of State, was ordered by U.S. District Court Judge Emmet G. Sullivan to answer questions under oath to the lawyers at the government watchdog group Judicial Watch.
In his Aug. 19 order, Judge Sullivan wrote, “The Court is persuaded that Mr. Bentel should be deposed because the record in this case appears to contradict his sworn testimony before the [House Select] Benghazi Committee…. Specifically, Mr. Bentel testified that he was not aware that Secretary Clinton’s email account was housed on a private server until media reports in 2015…. However, several emails indicate Mr. Bentel knew about the private server as early as 2009.”
During his deposition on Monday, Bentel was asked such questions as whether Hillary Clinton was “paying his legal fees, offered him employment, or other financial incentives,” said Judicial Watch in a press release. There were over 90 questions and Bentel answered, “On advice from my legal counsel, I decline to answer the question and I invoke my Fifth Amendment rights.”

The Deputy Inspector General didn’t even have the security clearance to see those emails. He couldn’t even tell Congress the name of the agency that the emails came from.

Here’s a conundrum.
Hillary’s “negligence” allowed the dissemination of the most sensitive Intelligence material — i.e., Sources and Methods of Human Intelligence, Signals Intelligence, Imagery Intelligence, and Electronic Intelligence to an unlimited number of unidentified, uncleared individuals and groups — including our enemies — around the world. By now, that would include thousands of unauthorized recipients.
The Intelligence information falls into a dual category;1) It is ORCON [Originator Controlled] meaning the parent agency solely determines who should have access on a NEED TO KNOW basis; And
2) It is SCI [Sensitive Compartmented Intelligence] which is accessible to a very limited audience.
This is Intelligence information So Sensitive that not even staff members of THE DIRECTOR OF NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE were aware of its existence, much less its content.
But, now, it is in the hands of thousands of unauthorized people, and the disclosure of the Sources and Methods of this Intelligence puts both Intelligence programs AND personnel at risk.
The conundrum is that the Committee members who have to pass judgment on Hillary’s criminal activity can’t be cleared for access to this information in the tim available — even though the SCI/ORCON material is now ostensibly in the Public Domain.
This breach by Hillary is perhaps the most serious in the history of US national security.

Clinton emails show in March 2015 campaign knew Hillary’s secret email server violated federal law, knew Obama was using it. “Dump those emails!”
The emails linked below are from Hillary’s campaign staff from March 2, 2015 to March 8, 2015, when the campaign first became aware that the press corps knew of Hillary’s secret server.
The emails reveal that the staff knew of the illegal server and so did her lawyers. They show that President Obama did not learn of the server in “news accounts” as he claimed, but rather, as we wrote back in September, he was using it.
Emails even show the staff mentioning the Federal Records Act. In one email Hillary’s campaign chair John Podesta says to campaign attorney Cheryl Mills, “we are going to have to dump all those emails so better to do so sooner than later.”
And FBI Director James Comey said that they had no intent to break the law….Really?

Hillary, as Secretary of State, sold American uranium to the Russians and signed off on weapons deals to foreign countries, but only after they donated money to the Clinton Foundation (CGI). And even though this story has been reported in the NYT, Washington Post, AP, ABC, and a host of others, the elite media simply reported it and dropped it, thus most people are simply unaware of it.

Survey Shows Trump Voters Have More Political Knowledge
A new survey provides evidence that supporters of Donald Trump tend to be more knowledgeable than Hillary Clinton supporters.
The survey, conducted by Conquest Communications Group and published by Just Facts, asked respondents 23 questions regarding education, taxes, spending, national debt, global warming, pollution, energy, hunger, Social Security and health care. Overall, the success rate for Trump supporters in correctly answering the questions was 43 percent, compared to only 31 percent for Clinton supporters.
In total, the rates at which voters gave the correct answers varied from a high of 43% for Trump voters to a low of 31% for Clinton voters:
- 43% for Trump voters.
- 37% for 35 to 64 year olds.
- 37% for males.
- 35% for undecided voters.
- 34% for females.
- 34% for 65+ year olds.
- 31% for Clinton voters.

Hillary’s Top Staff on Her Illegal Email Server, “There Is Just No Good Answer”
Democrats say that this email thing is “just BS” and here is why.
In spite of the fact that we are literally talking about hundreds of thousands of violations of the Federal Records Act. We are also talking about, with her mishandling of classified material, at least hundreds of violations of the Espionage Act.
Hillary revealed classified places, persons and methodology in her emails and it is likely that one CIA asset in Iran was executed as a result. People do not plead the 5th Amendment in mass over “just BS.”
We also know that her server was hacked at least 5 times. That could mean that foreign countries have blackmail material on the possible next President of these United States.
This email exchange happens shortly after the New York Times reported that she had an illegal email server with possible classified information.
“There is just no good answer,” Clinton aide Philippe Reines tells campaign chair John Podesta in a panicked mail from March 2015 in which they discuss Clinton’s reasoning for using a private email server. Also included in the email chain is her staff lawyer Cheryl Mills and her communications director Jennifer Palmieri.
James Comey said in July that they had no intent to do wrong, this sets the truth to that lie.

Government electronic surveillance up 500 percent in D.C.-area. Docs reveal AT&T spying on Americans for profit.
Is this politically motivated surveillance like was done to James Rosen, Sharyl Attkisson, or the AP? Is it because we have millions of unvetted immigrants both legal and illegal that we need a surveillance state to at least try to keep us safe? Or have the law schools, infected with radicalized leftists, simply produced judges and lawyers who have no regard for the 4th Amendment or the Constitution as Justice Scalia said?
Whatever the reason is, Democrats sure were critical of government surveillance while Bush was president, so naturally they increased it illegally and exponentially while Obama was president, as revealed by Ed Snowden.
In Northern Virginia, electronic-surveillance requests increased 500 percent in the past five years, from 305 in 2011 to a pace set to pass 1,800 this year.
Only one of the total 4,113 applications in those five years had been unsealed as of late July, according to information from the Alexandria division of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, which covers northern Virginia. Kaufman’s group obtained the Northern Virginia data in July and shared it with The Washington Post.
The federal court for the District of Columbia had 235 requests in 2012, made by the local U.S. attorney’s office. By 2013, requests in the District had climbed 240 percent, to about 564, according to information released by the court’s chief judge and clerk.
Three of the 235 applications from 2012 have been unsealed.
AT&T spying on Americans for profit…
Project Hemisphere.
Hemisphere is a secretive program run by AT&T that searches trillions of call records and analyzes cellular data to determine where a target is located, with whom he speaks, and potentially why.
“Merritt was in a position to access the cellular telephone tower northeast of the McStay family gravesite on February 6th, 2010, two days after the family disappeared,” an affidavit for his girlfriend’s call records reports Hemisphere finding (PDF). Merritt was arrested almost a year to the date after the McStay family’s remains were discovered, and is awaiting trial for the murders.
In 2013, Hemisphere was revealed by The New York Times and described only within a Powerpoint presentation made by the Drug Enforcement Administration. The Times described it as a “partnership” between AT&T and the U.S. government; the Justice Department said it was an essential, and prudently deployed, counter-narcotics tool.
However, AT&T’s own documentation—reported here by The Daily Beast for the first time—shows Hemisphere was used far beyond the war on drugs to include everything from investigations of homicide to Medicaid fraud.
Hemisphere isn’t a “partnership” but rather a product AT&T developed, marketed, and sold at a cost of millions of dollars per year to taxpayers. No warrant is required to make use of the company’s massive trove of data, according to AT&T documents, only a promise from law enforcement to not disclose Hemisphere if an investigation using it becomes public.
While telecommunications companies are legally obligated to hand over records, AT&T appears to have gone much further to make the enterprise profitable, according to ACLU technology policy analyst Christopher Soghoian.
Elite Media Bashing Trump: Coverage 91% Negative. Hillary Almost Ignored.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has received significantly more broadcast network news coverage than his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, but nearly all of that coverage (91%) has been hostile, according to a new study by the Media Research Center (MRC).
In addition, the networks spent far more airtime focusing on the personal controversies involving Trump (440 minutes) than about similar controversies involving Clinton (185 minutes). Donald Trump’s treatment of women was given 102 minutes of evening news airtime, more than that allocated to discussing Clinton’s e-mail scandal (53 minutes) and the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play scandals (40 minutes) combined.
For this study, the MRC analyzed all 588 evening news stories that either discussed or mentioned the presidential campaign on the ABC, CBS and NBC evening newscasts from July 29 through October 20 (including weekends).
Trolling, Flogging & Disinformation: Clinton Campaign Doc Gives Instructions to Army of Social Media Trolls
Most people have no idea that politicians, PR firms and corporations pay people to troll the internet. To counter comment those who speak the truth, to put out lies and disinformation, or to post vulgarities in comments to fatigue people into no longer commenting. There is software allowing a single person top control a thousand fake social media accounts. Wikipedia and WebMD are controlled by PR firms as their “official editors” have been caught taking money under the table many times.
Eventually this gave rise to companies who try to undo this damage and we see their commercials of TV. They will try to counter bad publicity about you by generating new publicity that will be optimized by SEO (Search Engine Optimization) so when people search they will see the good news you paid for right on top.

Australia: Gun Crime Way Up After Gun Bans
The left always says that taking away your ability to defend yourself withe effective means is about YOUR safety and about stopping crime. How many crimes have been committed with YOUR guns? Exactly. It is like trying to stop drunk driving by taking cars away from people who don’t drink. Yet, some people are just plain foolish enough and historically ignorant enough to believe such Orwellian propaganda.
Australia elected a leftist government and it happened. In the name of “climate change” the Australian economy was trashed and the government confiscated most guns from civilians who never harmed anyone.
The result:
On Friday, the government of gun-controlled Australia admitted that hundreds of thousands of “illegal firearms” remain in criminal possession and launched a new amnesty in hopes of persuading said criminals to turn over the weapons.
In September, Breitbart News reported that Melbourne, Australia, had a gun problem; that they had witnessed more than one shooting a week on average since January 2015.
Moreover, The Age reported:
- Known criminals were caught with firearms 755 times [in 2015], compared to 143 times in 2011
- Criminals are using gunshot wounds to the arms and legs as warnings to pay debts
- Assault rifles and handguns are being smuggled into Australia via shipments of electronics and metal parts
Now the government of Australia is admitting that hundreds of thousands of “illegal guns”–i.e., “illicit firearms”–are in the hands of criminals some 20 years after Australia’s gun ban was implemented. And Reuters reports an amnesty will be put in place in 2017 where those in possession of said weapons can turn them in with no questions asked.
Yes indeed, they will beg the criminals to hand over their guns……
Hillary Clinton Armed Jihadist Groups to Undermine Secular Middle East Governments (video)
On October 25th 2012 this very writer made a lengthy case that the Obama Administration and Hillary Clinton at the State Department, were deliberately undermining Middle East peace by ousting secular governments who wanted peace with Israel and replacing such governments with Muslim Brotherhood/Al-Qaeda, yes, the same people who hit us on 9/11.
This very scenario did indeed come about with secular governments in Egypt and Libya being replaced with Muslim Brotherhood/Al-Qaeda while the ousting of the secular Syrian government was underway.
The Muslim Brotherhood government in Egypt immediately threatened war with Israel and started exterminating Christians and other minorities. President Obama’s response to the new Muslim Brotherhood government was to sell them F-16 fighter planes, in this writer’s opinion and also quite obviously, to use against Israel.
Fortunately the Egyptian military, which is largely secular, trained in the United States, and knows very well that war with Israel is hopeless if not suicidal, overthrew the Muslim Brotherhood government, took power, and worked to stop the persecution of said minorities. President Obama’s “punishment” was to demand that the Muslim Brotherhood government be restored and he halted the sale of the fighter planes.
Fast forward to Benghazi, Libya where four Americans were killed and dozens injured, secret documents in both our consulate and CIA annex were exposed, national security compromised. It was all avoidable.
We know that in spite of the fact that they asked for better security hundreds of times, Hillary stripped their security from them and Hillary actually hired an offshoot of Al-Qaeda to provide security for our consulate.
There is evidence to show that the State Department was using the facility to send weapons to Muslim Brotherhood and pre-ISIS Islamic radicals. The fewer patriotic Americans on site who would leak such idiocy if they found out about it the better, hence most of the American security was stripped from them…and now they are dead.

One of the weapons dealers the State Department used was Marc Turi. After they used him and after things went bad as they did in Benghazi, the Obama Administration decided to “tidy up” and moved to prosecute Turi and accuse him of dealing weapons to terrorists, even though he was doing so on orders from the United States Government, in particular, Hillary Clinton’s State Department.
So in order to fight back, Turi, who apparently kept meticulous records and evidence, threatened to expose Hillary’s role in all of this highly illegal activity. The Department of Justice then petitioned the Court to drop all charges against Mr. Turi and made it clear that the petition to the court was for political reasons.

8 – Announce withdrawal from the Trans-Pacific Partnership.
9 – Direct Secretary of the Treasury to label China a currency manipulator.
10 – Direct the Secretary of Commerce and U.S. Trade Representative to identify all foreign trading abuses that unfairly impact American workers and direct them to use every tool under American and international law to end those abuses immediately.
11 – Lift the restrictions on the production of $50 trillion dollars’ worth of job-producing American energy reserves, including shale, oil, natural gas and clean coal.

17 – Begin removing the more than 2 million criminal illegal immigrants from the country and cancel visas to foreign countries that won’t take them back.
18 – Suspend immigration from terror-prone regions where vetting cannot safely occur. All vetting of people coming into our country will be considered extreme vetting.
19 – Work with Congress on a Middle Class Tax Relief And Simplification Act. An economic plan designed to grow the economy 4% per year and create at least 25 million new jobs through massive tax reduction and simplification, in combination with trade reform, regulatory relief, and lifting the restrictions on American energy. The largest tax reductions are for the middle class. A middle-class family with 2 children will get a 35% tax cut. The current number of brackets will be reduced from 7 to 3, and tax forms will likewise be greatly simplified. The business rate will be lowered from 35 to 15 percent, and the trillions of dollars of American corporate money overseas can now be brought back at a 10 percent rate.
20 – Work with Congress on a End The Offshoring Act that establishes tariffs to discourage companies from laying off their workers in order to relocate in other countries and ship their products back to the U.S. tax-free.
21 – Work with Congress on a American Energy & Infrastructure Act that leverages public-private partnerships, and private investments through tax incentives, to spur $1 trillion in infrastructure investment over 10 years. It is revenue neutral.
22 – Work with Congress on a School Choice And Education Opportunity Act that redirects education dollars to gives parents the right to send their kid to the public, private, charter, magnet, religious or home school of their choice. Ends common core, brings education supervision to local communities. It expands vocational and technical education, and make 2 and 4-year college more affordable.
23 – Work with Congress on a Repeal and Replace Obamacare Act that fully repeals Obamacare and replaces it with Health Savings Accounts, the ability to purchase health insurance across state lines, and lets states manage Medicaid funds. Reforms will also include cutting the red tape at the FDA: there are over 4,000 drugs awaiting approval, and we especially want to speed the approval of life-saving medications.
24 – Work with Congress on a Affordable Childcare and Eldercare Act that allows Americans to deduct childcare and elder care from their taxes, incentivizes employers to provide on-side childcare services, and creates tax-free Dependent Care Savings Accounts for both young and elderly dependents, with matching contributions for low-income families.
25 – Work with Congress on an End Illegal Immigration Act that fully-funds the construction of a wall on our southern border with the full understanding that the country Mexico will be reimbursing the United States for the full cost of such wall; establishes a 2-year mandatory minimum federal prison sentence for illegally re-entering the U.S. after a previous deportation, and a 5-year mandatory minimum for illegally re-entering for those with felony convictions, multiple misdemeanor convictions or two or more prior deportations; also reforms visa rules to enhance penalties for overstaying and to ensure open jobs are offered to American workers first.
26 – Work with Congress on a Restoring Community Safety Act that reduces surging crime, drugs and violence by creating a Task Force On Violent Crime and increasing funding for programs that train and assist local police; increases resources for federal law enforcement agencies and federal prosecutors to dismantle criminal gangs and put violent offenders behind bars.
27 – Work with Congress on a Restoring National Security Act that rebuilds our military by eliminating the defense sequester and expanding military investment; provides Veterans with the ability to receive public VA treatment or attend the private doctor of their choice; protects our vital infrastructure from cyber-attack; establishes new screening procedures for immigration to ensure those who are admitted to our country support our people and our values.
28 – Work with Congress on a Clean up Corruption in Washington Act that enacts new ethics reforms to Drain the Swamp and reduce the corrupting influence of special interests on our politics.
Clinton Campaign Email: How to Rig Polls…
The Clinton Campaign hired Atlas Research who makes recommendations to the campaign and the media for how to get the desired result from polling by targeting certain zip codes, minority groups, Spanish only speakers etc.
Why rig a poll? Rigging a poll to make news is desirable for the “band wagon” effect. If people think that “everybody wants Clinton” many people will not want to feel left out, alienated or different so they get on the band wagon.
Thanks to WikiLeaks we know that dozens of elite media journalists are actively coordinating with the Clinton Campaign (2, 3, 4), this is why it is no surprise that so many polls sponsored by the elite media oversample democrats or poll people who aren’t even going to vote to get the desired result.

Top Clinton Insider Email: Bribery Laws “REALLY dicey territory” for Hillary
In this email exchange provided by Wikileaks, her top staff says straight up that bribery laws are “REALLY dicey territory” for Hillary Clinton. It goes on to say that Hillary is “so tainted that she is really vulnerable.”
The email is between Neera Tanden, the current head oh the Clinton’s pet think tank, campaign adviser etc. and Jake Sullivan, top foreign policy adviser to Hillary Clinton. Copied in the email are campaign chairman John Podesta and Sara Solow.
