CNN and MSNBC are often called out for “fake news” and those accusations are well deserved. Many people are not aware of just how far CNN is willing to go to present dishonest narratives to their viewers.

It was predicted by countless pundits that when Facebook implemented it’s “Fake News” policy they would bring on a bunch of partisan hacks who were not honest and so far this seems to be exactly what is happening.

Real Clear Politics used the same reporting. Also, Sean Hannity played the media clips of what the elite media said about Obama vs what they are saying about Trump. Rush is correct on this.
Lower court judges do not have the Constitutional authority to issue a nationwide injunction. The lower courts are not even in the constitution. The lower courts are created by an act of Congress and signed into law by the President to take the load off of the only court that is in the Constitution, the US Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court is the third co-equal branch of government, not the lower courts which are the creation of the other two branches. Yet lower district court judges are behaving as if they have the same authority as Congress or the President, they don’t.
What some lower court Democrat judges are doing is issuing a nationwide injunction on almost anything President Trump does. They know that in the end, they will lose, but they hope top drag it out in the courts until Trump is no longer President. This is why the administration keep’s asking the Supreme Court for these emergency rulings and of course, they are in favor of the President.

Justice Department employees overwhelmingly contribute to Democrats, a trend that has become even more lopsided since Barack Obama’s presidential inauguration, according to a campaign finance research organization.
In the 2016 election cycle, Justice employees gave $438,077 to Hillary Clinton’s Democratic presidential campaign and $23,874 to that of Republican Donald Trump, according to OpenSecrets.org, an arm of the Center for Responsive Politics, which crunched the numbers based on Federal Election Commission reports.
James Comey, Jim Clapper, Eric Holder, Hillary Clinton, Lois Lerner, John Koskinen, dozens of Hillary’s State Department staffers, Rod Rosenstein, John Brennan, Sally Yates, senior FBI Agents like Peter Strzok, CIA operatives like Valerie Plame, etc have either lied under oath and/or lied to Congress, to the courts, engaged in public smear campaigns, obstructed justice, withheld exculpatory evidence, destroyed evidence under subpoena, mishandled classified information and used the Justice Department and/or the intelligence community to unfairly target people for political reasons as was done to Dinesh D’Souza, Paul Manafort, General Flynn, Roger Stone, Rod Blagojevich, George Papadopoulos, Carter Page, etc.
Bill Clinton lied under oath was fined and had his law license removed – notice they did not try to have him thrown in jail for nine years as they are Roger Stone.
Porn actress Stormy Daniels had a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Donald Trump which she violated and got sued for. She formerly claimed that she had an affair with Trump, so Trump wrote her a check with an NDA to make her go away. When it came down to the wire Daniels was forced to admit that she did NOT have sex with Donald Trump.
When you are wealthy or a celebrity, it is often cheaper to write someone a check than to go to court and deal with the bad publicity. Con artists like Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, Michael Avenatti know that which is why they take these cases for a quick buck.
In this regard, Michael Bloomberg is no different than Donald Trump. Just because you have an NDA with someone does NOT mean you are guilty; quite often the opposite.
Svetlana Lokhova is “the Russian” that the CIA/FBI claims that all of these people “colluded” with. Lokhova is a BRITISH academic historian who happens to be ethnically Russian. She knew CIA/FBI dirty trickster Stefan Halper and happened to have exchanged emails with General Flynn while researching her book.
Like Halper set up George Papadopoulos and Carter Page, he set her up as well.

So here we go with the lies about “Rush Limbaugh is a racist” blah blah…
The simple truth is this; Rush Limbaugh has the complete transcript of every show he has ever done on his web site. He does this so people can look up anything he has ever said for themselves in context.
The “quotes” alleging that LImbaugh said “racist” things are made up. Anyone can go to read the transcript and see for themselves.
Some other things they say Rush has said are snippets presented in a false light. For example the “Barack the Magic Negro” song was about a famed Democrat who called Obama that in the campaign and Rush was making fun of Democrats for being racist and making everything about skin color.
Rush Limbaugh has always had a message of optimism that anyone who works hard and has a good heart can succeed.

I have researched it and yes John Bolton did take $115,000 which was largely supplied by Victor Pinchuk, to attend a conference and give a speech.
Pinchuk is a corrupt Ukrainian Oligarch who was in part behind the phony “Russian Dossier” and protecting Burisma, Hunter Biden etc. Pinchuk also have the Clinton Foundation $29 million.
Other Republicans including Condoleezza Rice and Newt Gingrich took money to speak there as well. They should have known better.
The Atlantic Council (which spreads lots of money to American politicians, mostly Democrats) and the YES (Yalta European Strategy) Foundation are fronts for Pinchuk and his cabal of corruption.
All this talk about “Witnesses” in the Senate is misleading. This is what the elite media isn’t telling you.
1 – The Senate’s job is to look at what the House presents and judge it up or down. It is not the proper role of the Senate to try to fill the gaps that the House left. That is like asking the Judge to help out the prosecution who lied or otherwise blew it.
2 – The House did have Democrat witnesses. All of them but one said that “quid pro quo” strings attached to foreign aid to Ukraine (which all Presidents have done and is not illegal as it is the President’s job to conduct foreign policy) was either something they heard, supposed or assumed – none of which legally qualifies as evidence.

3 – The one witness the Democrats had that did see something first hand saw President Trump say that all he wanted from Ukraine was to keep their promises and that he wanted “no quid pro quo”.
4 – Democrats want Democrat witnesses but blocked all Republican witnesses and would not let the Presidents lawyers cross examine witnesses in the House. Even now the mantra from the Democrats is that Democrats get their “witnesses” and Republicans and the President should get none. Because of this lack of fair due process any accusations that came from the Democratically controlled House is the fruit of a poisonous tree, which is a legal concept as old as English Common Law itself, and should be summarily dismissed.
5 – Democrats in the House had a chance to get all the witnesses they wanted, but they would have ask the Supreme Court for approval, they did not do so.
Why would they need permission from the Court? Because the people that Democrats want to question are Trump’s inside circle of advisors.
Why does that matter?
Because if Congress could subpoena and grill at will every person who gave the President advice said advisors would not be willing to do it and if they did they would censor themselves. The Supreme Court said that the Congress must honor Separation of Powers and cannot harass the President’s advisors. Democrats literally said “we cannot be burdened by the courts” – well sorry Democrats, that is the law for very good reason.

6 – Lastly, we have a Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) with Ukraine. This law compels both sides to assist each other with criminal and tax investigations. Asking Ukraine to coordinate with the US Attorney General is 100% appropriate. Democrats are calling that a crime. It’s pure nonsense.
U.S. District Court (lower federal court) Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, an Obama appointee, ruled that Don McGahn must testify to Congress about his time as the White House’s top lawyer.
Stop.
That ruling goes against hundreds of years of Common Law, Multiple Supreme Court rulings, and the 6th Amendment to the US Constitution.
“DOJ promotes a conception of separation-of-powers principles that gets these constitutional commands exactly backwards,” Jackson wrote in her 120-page opinion. “In reality, it is a core tenet of this Nation’s founding that the powers of a monarch must be split between the branches of the government to prevent tyranny.”
Jackson called absolute immunity “a fiction” that has been propagated by a succession of presidential administrations by simply repeating it as a fact while avoiding testing the principle in court.
The person who has it exactly backwards and WILL have her ruling overturned on appeal is Judge Jackson.

The right to have legal deliberation and for an executive to get advice from people without people giving advice being persecuted for doing so is in the public interest. It has been asserted by kings and Presidents alike since before the United States existed.

The Supreme Court confirmed the legitimacy of this doctrine in United States v. Nixon in the context of a subpoena emanating from the judiciary, instead of emanating from Congress.
Chief Justice John Marshall ruled that there is no exception for The President in the 6th Amendment, which means that the right to legal counsel and have such communications privileged applies to the President. You have heard of Attorney-Client privilege – well that is what this means.
Democrats have waged a direct assault on the rights of the accused to defend themselves. Can you imagine what the country would look like if they had their way with due process and YOU stood accused? Take a look at Cuba, Venezuela, the former USSR or Maoist China for example.
FIRST DOJ INSPECTOR GENERAL REPORT ON FBI ABUSES DROPPED –
Confidential sources such as Christopher Steele who provided the FBI with the bogus “Trump is a Russian Agent” fake dossier and sources that were used to help the FBI lie to the FISA Court to get them to approve spying on the Trump Campaign.
The rules were not followed, the sources and their claims were not vetted deliberately, every area that is supposed to enforce these standard dropped the ball and it seems that the pressure to violate the rules came from the top – In short – an FBI agents and a review committee to not knowingly violate the rules unless ordered to do so by the boss.

First, we found that the FBIs’ vetting processes for sources, known as validation, did not comply with the Attorney General Guidelines, particularly with regard to “long term” sources,
Second, we found that the Department’s review committee that approves the FBI’s continued use of long-term confidential sources had not vetted long-term sources in a timely manner and also did not comply with the Attorney General Guidelines.
Third, we found that the FBI didn’t provide agents with clear guidance for how to communicate with confidential sources.
Finally, we found that FBI employees were sometimes discouraged from documenting conclusions and recommendations about sources; and we identified issues with the FBI’s ability to align its confidential sources with its highest threat priorities.
I am seeing a disturbing trend among anti-trump attorney’s such as George Conway and Craig Silverman (as recent examples) who actively dismiss or straight up attack:
1 – The 4th Amendment protection from unreasonable searches (illegal electronic surveillance).
2 – The right to free political speech and freedom of expressive association (In fact remember when every Democrat in the Senate voted for a resolution to amend the 1st Amendment to strip protections for free political speech away).
3 – The right to counsel, the right to cross examine, to face one’s accuser, and the right to an aggressive defense are openly being called “phony” by these people.
The core of our Constitutionally enshrined freedoms and protections are under open ridicule and assault.
The House finally launches an impeachment Inquiry – This is what the media isn’t telling you.
The Democrats Resolution (with only two Dems voting no) changes the House Rules for impeachment to strip President Trump and Republicans of all due process or any defense whatsoever.
Under these new rules:
The President’s lawyer may not be present.
Republicans have no power of cross examination.
At first Republicans were not even going to be allowed to ask witnesses any questions at all, but Democrats changed it so that Republicans may ask questions, but Democrats can object and order the witness to not answer.
Republicans may not call or subpoena witnesses or evidence.
Republicans have access to evidence and transcripts heavily restricted, in some cases no access to evidence at all.
Democrats and their lackeys in the elite media say that Republicans complain about “process” because they don’t want to talk about “the facts” …..
So let me ask you this, do you think that a courtroom could ever get to the real facts with rules like this if YOU were a defendant under such rules? Process is HOW you get to the facts in the first place.
This is no different than an 1800’s style “Drumhead Trial”

1 – Ukraine was ran by a Putin stooge who had nationalized certain industries and the profits were not used for the good of the people.
2 – Victor Pinchuk, a Ukrainian billionaire who found himself no longer in favor, got with the Clintons and Obama’s by donating huge money to the Clinton Foundation.
3 – Next thing you know the United States, IMF and other NGO’s are working the Ukrainian election to get a “pro-western” government there. They were successful.
4 – Said state run businesses were sold to Pinchuk and his cronies on the cheap. One of the companies was a large Ukrainian natural gas company who puts Joe Biden’s son on the board of directors and starts paying him $166,000 a month.
5 – This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Ukrainian organized crime ties with the Democrats.
6 – When Ukrainian organized crime investigators started looking into what was going on. VP Biden himself went to Ukraine and demanded that the prosecutors be fired or the USA would stop Ukraine’s IMF loans.
7 – Biden strikes a deal with China and all the sudden China hires Joe Biden’s son’s consulting firm to the tune of a $1.5 billion private equity deal.
Asking for assistance from other countries when it comes to organized crime on this level is not illegal at all, it is smart. The media is just pretending like it is…and in their minds, it is not the massive organized crime that Biden is involved in that is the scandal, it is the fact that someone is daring to investigate it that they find so offensive.

What we see in the elite media can be scary indeed. It is important to remember that conflict sells and amping that conflict is how they make their money no matter what the truth is or how it affects the country.
The truth is, and the photo below is just a small sample, is that most mass killers are not white. In fact skin color has very little to do with why mass shootings happen.
The overwhelming majority of mass killers have either been the untreated mentally ill or people with toxic ideologies such as various flavors of socialism/marxism or militant Islam.
In the cases of the last two shooters, the El Paso shooter was a socialist and eco-extremist who said in his manifesto that socialism cannot work if we have open borders and everyone can come here. The Dayton shooter was an ANTIFA socialist with a history of juvenile violence. So they both fit the profile like a glove.
The problem with socialist ideologies is that they are partly based on utopianism, in their minds only the evil can be against utopia which, to them, justifies their actions.
Another consistent theme of these mass shooters is Social Darwinism. Social Darwinism is preached in the public schools: There is no God, there is no ultimate accountability, humans are just animals and a random accident. Well how do animals treat each other? They tear each other to pieces…
I just read the Walmart Shooter Manifesto as linked on Drudge Report. He hates Republicans & Democrats. He wants universal government healthcare & guaranteed government income. He thinks socialism can’t work if we have open borders & anyone can come here. He is an environmentalist who hates corporations.
He attacked Walmart because its a corporation and seemed to be to be an easy target that likely would not have people who would fight back.
So your basic Social Darwinism/National Socialist stuff combined with a few policy talking points.
I still would like to know why it took 20 minutes for someone to engage the active shooter.
The only CCL member reported nearby was a US Army active duty soldier who was grabbing children and running them to cover/safety.
