She tells you that as a result of the chip shortage the government is passing new incentives and subsidies to build more chips in America (as most are made in Taiwan).
Paul goes out the nest day and buys 20,000 shares on NVIDIA stock. When the bill passes NVIDIA stock goes up and Paul makes millions! Of course if you do that based on such insider information you go to jail, but members of the government have exempted themselves form the laws they put on us.
