YouTube deleted the American Conservative Union’s (ACU) video featuring former President Trump announcing his class-action lawsuit against Big Tech, citing an alleged violation of its COVID-19 terms and conditions.
The ACU, which hosts the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), received “a strike” on their account from YouTube on July 9, preventing them from uploading new content for a week. This includes ACU’s CPAC 2021 Part 2 in Dallas, Texas, and Trump’s CPAC speech scheduled for Sunday, the organization said in a statement.
In the deleted YouTube video of Trump’s announcement of a lawsuit against Big Tech, which includes Google, he also cited a medical study on hydroxychloroquine as a therapeutic for COVID-19.
ACU said in an email the organization received from YouTube, the tech giant “cited ‘medical misinformation’ concerning COVID-19 as the reason for removing the America UnCanceled episode. YouTube did not specify any statements made in the video that allegedly violated their policies.”
“It is clear that YouTube censored CPAC because we stood with former President Donald Trump on his lawsuit against Big Tech,” ACU Chairman Matt Schlapp said in the statement. “This is yet another example of Big Tech censoring content with which they disagree in order to promote the political positions they favor.” ACU is a plaintiff in Trump’s Big Tech lawsuit.
You have to have probably cause and/or a warrant first, and the searches have to be specific not blanketing al travelers.
Human Events:
Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the FBI for alleged abuse of financial privacy of people in the D.C. area before and after the Capitol riot on January 6.
The organization is seeking records of communication between the Justice Department and several financial organizations, Just the News reports.
The FBI refused to confirm or deny these documents exist, and after the FBI’s lack of response to an open records request in February, the group filed the lawsuit Tuesday.
“We want the details on what looks to be unprecedented abuse of the financial privacy of countless innocent Americans by big banks and the FBI,” Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton said. “The FBI’s stonewalling and non-denial denial of our request speak volumes.”
Judicial Watch requests all records of communication between the FBI and financial institutions including Bank of America, Citibank, Chase Manhattan Bank, Discover, and American Express, just to name a few.
No time frame was given for the FBI and Justice Department to respond to the request.
And as you read the article you discover that it is dozens and perhaps hundreds of defendants who have been denied basic due process which means it is no accident. These people, most of which just followed the crowd, many of whom are elderly, have been sitting in jail with no bail, in some cases in solitary confinement, with no due process, bail, or discovery as mandated by the constitution.

A federal Washington D.C. judge faulted a district jail on Thursday for failing to provide evidence to a defendant who was arrested for allegedly being involved in the Jan. 6 Capitol breach and has been held there for months.
Jorden Mink, the defendant in the case, was indicted (pdf) on several federal charges, including destruction of government property and theft. Mink, who has pleaded not guilty, has been held in jail since January. Officials have alleged Mink used a baseball bat to smash windows at the Capitol and passed furniture through the smashed windows to the crowd outside.
“I can’t allow someone to sit in prison for this long without access to material,” Judge Randolph Moss said at a court hearing on Thursday, saying the delay in evidence was “utterly unacceptable” and “not consistent with due process.”
As more journalists are beginning to admit, the government is illegally withholding evidence because the worst offenders who were breaking windows and egging people on were actually working for the FBI…..which explains why when police saw a few people breaking windows at the Capitol they just walked away…and the FBI while very interested in people who just walked into the Capital, seem to have no interest in finding the people who did property damage.
It seems that Capitol Security Officer Michael Byrd is the same idiot who left his service weapon in a bathroom where a child found it.

On January 6th the Capital Police let them in the building and most stayed in the ropes and thanks officer for their service. We know this because there were literally thousands of video recording devices form everyone’s phones who were there. Some of that video has been posted on this very site.
The protestors were unarmed and the only one shot was an unarmed protestor Ashli Babbitt. Nothing was burned like ANTIFA/BLM is so famous for. Not much of an insurrection.

The National Security Agency’s (NSA) reported internal review of Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s spying allegations suggests that the matter should be investigated further, according to a former NSA general counsel.
Citing two unnamed sources familiar with the matter, The Record reported last week that the NSA’s internal review found that government officials had “unmasked” Carlson’s identity in classified documents—supporting some of the claims that the Fox News host has made against the agency.

AS many of our readers already know a government whistleblower approached Fox news host Tucker Carlson with his own emails and text messages and informed him that the NSA is intercepting his communications and sharing them with the Biden Administration who intends to leak them to try and harm Tucker.
After the NSA’s joke of a non-denial denial a “journalist” hit man at Axios revealed the content of Tuckers emails and text messages saying that they were received from a US Government source.
Classic non-denial denial. Notice they say “never a target”, no “plans” to remove from the air, and that they legally may not “target” such a person. What they do NOT say is that they are not intercepting his communications. In other words, they are – Famed litigator Robert Barnes.
FBI and other “contractors” do get access to NSA intelligence. A review of NSA surveillance on Americans showed an 85% non compliance rate with “Minimalization Procedures” (the procedures that tell the NSA how to operate legally). This has been going on for years but no one is held accountable so it goes on.

Federal law enforcement agencies secretly seek the data of Microsoft customers thousands of times a year, according to congressional testimony Wednesday by a senior executive at the technology company.
Tom Burt, Microsoft’s corporate vice president for customer security and trust, told members of the House Judiciary Committee that federal law enforcement in recent years has been presenting the company with between 2,400 to 3,500 secrecy orders a year, or about seven to 10 a day.
“Most shocking is just how routine secrecy orders have become when law enforcement targets an American’s email, text messages or other sensitive data stored in the cloud,” said Burt, describing the widespread clandestine surveillance as a major shift from historical norms.

Aside from the massive amount of evidence we have posted here, the hundreds of bipartisan affidavits, the fact that Democrats used FORCE to illegally, and in some cases in direct violation of court orders, eject Republican lawyers and ballot observers. Then they watched as every case that had real merit was tossed out by cowardly judges based on “standing” so that none of the evidence could even be submitted into evidence.

I think I’ve had discussions w/enough Boomer-tier Trump supporters who believe the 2020 election was fraudulent to extract a general theory about their perspective. It is also the perspective of most of the people at the Capitol on 1/6, and probably even Trump himself.
Most believe some or all of the theories involving midnight ballots, voting machines, etc, but what you find when you talk to them is that, while they’ll defend those positions w/info they got from Hannity or Breitbart or whatever, they’re not particularly attached to them.
Here are the facts – actual, confirmed facts – that shape their perspective: 1) The FBI/etc spied on the 2016 Trump campaign using evidence manufactured by the Clinton campaign. We now know that all involved knew it was fake from Day 1 (see: Brennan’s July 2016 memo, etc).
These are Tea Party people. The types who give their kids a pocket Constitution for their birthday and have Founding Fathers memes in their bios. The intel community spying on a presidential campaign using fake evidence (including forged documents) is a big deal to them.
Everyone involved lied about their involvement as long as they could. We only learned the DNC paid for the manufactured evidence because of a court order. FBI Director Comey denied on TV knowing the DNC paid for it, when we have emails from a year earlier proving that he knew.
This was true with everyone, from CIA Dir Brennan & Adam Schiff – who were on TV saying they’d seen clear evidence of collusion w/Russia, while admitting under oath behind closed doors that they hadn’t – all the way down the line. In the end we learned that it was ALL fake.
At first, many Trump people were worried there must be some collusion, because every media and intel agency wouldn’t make it up out of nothing. When it was clear that they had made it up, people expected a reckoning, and shed many illusions about their gov’t when it didn’t happen.
We know as fact: a) The Steele dossier was the sole evidence used to justify spying on the Trump campaign, b) The FBI knew the Steele dossier was a DNC op, c) Steele’s source told the FBI the info was unserious, d) they did not inform the court of any of this and kept spying.
Trump supporters know the collusion case front and back. They went from worrying the collusion must be real, to suspecting it might be fake, to realizing it was a scam, then watched as every institution – agencies, the press, Congress, academia – gaslight them for another year.
Worse, collusion was used to scare people away from working in the administration. They knew their entire lives would be investigated. Many quit because they were being bankrupted by legal fees. The DoJ, press, & gov’t destroyed lives and actively subverted an elected admin.
This is where people whose political identity was largely defined by a naïve belief in what they learned in Civics class began to see the outline of a Regime that crossed all institutional boundaries. Because it had stepped out of the shadows to unite against an interloper.
GOP propaganda still has many of them thinking in terms of partisan binaries, but A LOT of Trump supporters see that the Regime is not partisan. They all know that the same institutions would have taken opposite sides if it was a Tulsi Gabbard vs Jeb Bush election.
It’s hard to describe to people on the left (who are used to thinking of gov’t as a conspiracy… Watergate, COINTELPRO, WMD, etc) how shocking & disillusioning this was for people who encourage their sons to enlist in the Army, and hate people who don’t stand for the Anthem.
They could have managed the shock if it only involved the government. But the behavior of the corporate press is really what radicalized them. They hate journalists more than they hate any politician or gov’t official, because they feel most betrayed by them.
The idea that the press is driven by ratings/sensationalism became untenable. If that were true, they’d be all over the Epstein story. The corporate press is the propaganda arm of the Regime they now see in outline. Nothing anyone says will ever make them unsee that, period.
This is profoundly disorienting. Many of them don’t know for certain whether ballots were faked in November 2020, but they know for absolute certain that the press, the FBI, etc would lie to them if there was. They have every reason to believe that, and it’s probably true.
They watched the press behave like animals for four years. Tens of millions of people will always see Kavanaugh as a gang rapist, based on nothing, because of CNN. And CNN seems proud of that. They led a lynch mob against a high school kid. They cheered on a summer of riots.
hey always claimed the media had liberal bias, fine, whatever. They still thought the press would admit truth if they were cornered. Now they don’t. It’s a different thing to watch them invent stories whole cloth in order to destroy regular lives and spark mass violence.
Time Magazine told us that during the 2020 riots, there were weekly conference calls involving, among others, leaders of the protests, the local officials who refused to stop them, and media people who framed them for political effect. In Ukraine we call that a color revolution.
Throughout the summer, Democrat governors took advantage of COVID to change voting procedures. It wasn’t just the mail-ins (they lowered signature matching standards, etc). After the collusion scam, the fake impeachment, Trump people expected shenanigans by now.
Re: “fake impeachment”, we now know that Trump’s request for Ukraine to cooperate w/the DOJ regarding Biden’s money activities in Ukraine was in support of an active investigation being pursued by the FBI and Ukraine AG at the time, and so a completely legitimate request.
Then you get the Hunter laptop scandal. Big Tech ran a full-on censorship campaign against a major newspaper to protect a political candidate. Period. Everyone knows it, all of the Tech companies now admit it was a “mistake” – but, ya know, the election’s over, so who cares?
Goes w/o saying, but: If the NY Times had Don Jr’s laptop, full of pics of him smoking crack and engaging in group sex, lots of lurid family drama, emails describing direct corruption and backed up by the CEO of the company they were using, the NYT wouldn’t have been banned.
Think back: Stories about Trump being pissed on by Russian prostitutes and blackmailed by Putin were promoted as fact, and the only evidence was a document paid for by his opposition and disavowed by its source. The NY Post was banned for reporting on true information.
The reaction of Trump people to all this was not, “no fair!” That’s how they felt about Romney’s “binders of women” in 2012. This is different. Now they see, correctly, that every institution is captured by people who will use any means to exclude them from the political process.
And yet they showed up in record numbers to vote. He got 13m more votes than in 2016, 10m more than Clinton got! As election night dragged on, they allowed themselves some hope. But when the four critical swing states (and only those states) went dark at midnight, they knew.
Over the ensuing weeks, they got shuffled around by grifters and media scam artists selling them conspiracy theories. They latched onto one, then another increasingly absurd theory as they tried to put a concrete name on something very real.
Media & Tech did everything to make things worse. Everything about the election was strange – the changes to procedure, unprecedented mail-in voting, the delays, etc – but rather than admit that and make everything transparent, they banned discussion of it (even in DMs!).
Everyone knows that, just as Don Jr’s laptop would’ve been the story of the century, if everything about the election dispute was the same, except the parties were reversed, suspicions about the outcome would’ve been Taken Very Seriously. See 2016 for proof.
Even the courts’ refusal of the case gets nowhere w/them, because of how the opposition embraced mass political violence. They’ll say, w/good reason: What judge will stick his neck out for Trump knowing he’ll be destroyed in the media as a violent mob burns down his house?
It’s a fact, according to Time Magazine, that mass riots were planned in cities across the country if Trump won. Sure, they were “protests”, but they were planned by the same people as during the summer, and everyone knows what it would have meant. Judges have families, too.

Keeping it short. ALL of the 25 Democrat office holders who formed the “Dixiecrats” (Dixiecrats favored segregation) went back to the Democratic Party. They did not become Republicans as the left so often claims.
Years later two of the former Dixiecrats left the Democrat Party to become Republicans and that was only after they swore off segregation, campaigned on civil rights and hired black Americans to be among their senior staff. Those two were Senator Strom Thurmond and Virginia Governor Mills Goodwin.

The country’s largest teachers union has moved to undermine the left-wing talking point that critical race theory is not taught to children — by voting promote it and arguing it is “reasonable and appropriate” to use CRT in social studies classes.
The National Education Association has approved a plan to “publicize” critical race theory and dedicate a “team of staffers” to assist union members looking to “fight back against anti-CRT rhetoric.”
New Business Item 39 also declares that the union opposes bans on critical race theory and the New York Times’ controversial 1619 Project – which roughly half the U.S. states have already implemented.
Additionally, the resolution calls for the union to “join with Black Lives Matter at School and the Zinn Education Project to call for a rally this year on Oct. 14 — George Floyd’s birthday — as a national day of action to teach lessons about structural racism and oppression.”

My story begins in Chengdu, China, at the dawn of the Cultural Revolution, an insanity which gripped millions of my countrymen. As were most Chinese during this period, we were destitute. We lived in a primitive worker’s row house by a river sharing one tarp-covered outhouse and one water faucet with eight families. We had a mud floor that, after occasional flooding, would sprout mushrooms. My parents were illiterate workers, so their positions in the state factory were too low to be rationed much food. A full belly was a luxury. My uncle even taught me how to trap rats for food. All we knew was a life of arduous labor and chaos. Little time was spent thinking of philosophical fantasies concerning “oppression” and “rights”, so we labored to survive, hoping only that we would endure.
Despite the socialist rhetoric, school and child-care were not free. I even missed school for a year to babysit my infant brother. Yet, despite the few resources available to Chinese students, I committed all of my energy to excel in school when I could go. Yet in Communist China, even fleeting joy is crushed in the young by ideological rigidity, for I was denied entry into Mao’s “Young Pioneers.” The pain was not in the denial but in learning that my friend reported me for showing “too much pride in my grades.”
From that moment forward I was the model communist citizen: I wrote ideologically validating diaries, I memorized Mao’s words, I recited his political slogans as prayer, and made sure that every word I uttered was politically correct. Mao was our god, and I was his faithful disciple. This mindset served me well for a time, for when Mao shut down all churches and temples, I mourned not. In 1976, when I was 12 years old, Mao died and the Cultural Revolution came to an end. When the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) admitted that Mao was only a man and the Cultural Revolution was just a mistake, my faith in the CCP began to crack.
China’s renaissance began, colleges reopened and after years of hard work and preparation I was able to pass the national entrance exam. I was accepted into a top tiered university to study law. I had hopes that China should not be ruled by men, but by law. Yet even the law was but an extension of the wills of men; modeled after the Soviet Union legal code, it was the antithesis of justice.
I learned an important lesson from Mao’s regime: to became a slave, the “true horrors” are the shackles not those placed around one’s wrists, but the ones that are self-imposed. No longer secured by the shackles of cognitive slavery, but not able to find solace in a just code of laws, I became cynical and rebellious, even befriending foreign students on campus to learn if there was more to life.
It was during this time I met an American student. What he showed me would forever change my life: the Declaration of Independence. When I read the lines, “We hold these truths to be self-evident… (that all men) are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights”, they shattered what remnants remained of my mental shackles. What ideas! Rights come not from the benevolence of the state, but from God? All I had ever known were “collective rights”: the workers’ rights, the rights of peasants, etc. Never had I imagined that I, an individual, had rights as an individual. Those words only served to embolden me and my dreams, and knowing where they came from, I began to look to that “City Upon a Hill.”
I eventually made it to America in 1988. In the decades since, I have thrived in this great country; I earned my graduate degree, married, raised three children, started my own business, searched for deeper truths, learned much about liberty and the free market, rid myself of CCP indoctrination, naturalized as a U.S. citizen, and volunteered in my local community. Lately in my spare time I have traveled around the country to share my personal stories and educate our youth about the horrors of Communism.
I always defend the “Declaration of Independence” and the U.S. Constitution, the documents with the words that freed me from my enslavement and helped me choose America as my home. I have always wanted to thank our founding fathers who wrote the “Declaration of Independence”, the most beautiful document ever written.
