Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul, R-Tex., says he’d consider putting liberal lawmaker Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, in his cabinet if elected president, according to the Hill.
Paul, speaking at an event hosted by the Christian Science Monitor on Wednesday, said his libertarian politics allowed him to see eye-to-eye with liberal counterparts on issues like war – and quipped that he’d have to consider creating a “Department of Peace” if he brought Kucinich, a frequent critic of American military action abroad, on board.
“You’ve got to give credit to people who think,” he said.
“Being pragmatic is about forming coalitions,” he added. “I probably work with coalitions better than the other candidates. I don’t think I’ve said anything negative here about the president.”
Fast & Furious was a plan by the Obama Administration to deliberately ship guns to Mexican drug cartels and use the deaths and violence as a reason to pass new gun laws. They were caught by ATF agents who blew the whistle.
Scientifically this is a no brainer. The process is so simple and so safe that the radical left cannot get traction on the issue in spite of whopping lies about the process.
Come on GOP. If you lose the public relations battle on an issue like this that is SO easy to win than you need to hire a few of us bloggers. Seriously.
