Famed tech guru hacks/gains control of Georgia voting machine DURING a legislative hearing on ballot fraud (video)!

This is Jovan Pulitzer, he is the inventor of the QR code scanner that we all use on our phones as well as over 200 technology patents that make our computers, smart phones and inventory systems work today.

During a legislative hearing on ballot fraud in Georgia his team hacked a Georgia voting machine being able to capture communications both ways from the machine. These machines are supposed to be secure and not even hooked up to the internet according to Dominion (voting machine manufacturer) and the Georgia Secretary of State….well they are. As you likely know there is a Senate runoff election happening in Georgia in a few days. Pulitzer has been exposing ballot fraud and the vulnerabilities of these voting machines for weeks now, Democrats caleld him and his under oath testimony a pack of lies, so his team hacked one of the machines during the hearing to prove beyond all doubt just who the liars are.

Let’s start with this:

According to this farce of a Supreme Court, Article II Section 1, as a matter of applied law, no longer exists –

“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress”

It is now gone. The court could not even enforce the plain text of the Constitution or uphold previous precedent that affirmed this language.

To deny standing for all of the states and parties who sued, even members of the legislatures who are in the states being sued asked to join the suit, is a step beyond reason. The Constitution is crystal clear that if there is a dispute between the states the Supreme Court is the court of original jurisdiction which means the Supreme Court is where it is heard, which means the states have standing…..this truth has been taught in every law class going back to eighth grade civics. Seven “Justices” did not have the courage to judge the case on the merits because they knew on the merits the Texas suit was not rationally disputable. Justices Alito and Thomas dissented.

In Massachusetts v. EPA, the State of Massachusetts sued other states over their carbon regulations because “global warming affects us all” and the Court said that had standing….because ANY dispute among the states must be handled by the Supreme Court. The only way a state has no standing in Presidential elections is if the President has zero impact on anything for/to the state.

The Constitution is a contract between the states and the government to the people. If I don’t have standing to guarantee that the laws are being enforced, what good is the Constitution to me?

Republicans must NEVER nominate another judge from “big academia” or The Federalist Society ever again.

Texas Sues PA, GA, MI and WI in Supreme Court for Illegally Changing Election Rules. 21 States, Trump /w 106 Members of Congress Join – Election Mega Post XII

The Constitution is crystal clear that the process of choosing electors in the Presidential election is at the please of each state’s legislature….not some state judge, not the state secretary of state and not the governor, but that is exactly what happened in Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Those not authorized to do so changed the election rules eliminating things like signature verification and the other checks used to ensure ballot integrity. In short these states, without approval of the legislature, changed the rules to make ballot fraud easy. The result is that the illegal ballots cause Biden to “win” states that Trump would have won handily if only legal ballots were counted. The result is that states who followed the rules just had their interests nullified by states who did not.

The Supreme Court is the court of original or first jurisdiction when states sue each other, so the Supreme Court almost certainly has to take the case. As a matter of law this is a slam dunk. The four states in question did indeed change the rules illegally and in violation of the plain text of the US Constitution – this is not rationally disputable. The Supreme Court has ruled twice upholding this constitutional language with the most recent being Bush v Gore. The Constitution provides two remedies in case this happens (the Founders were smart in anticipating this). The first is that the state legislatures simply pick the electors to send themselves…if this happens Trump wins almost certainly. The second remedy is that if said states declines to send electors or if they are in dispute – after the new House of Representatives is seated, they pick who the President will be with each state delegation getting one vote – if this happens Trump wins.

Senator Ted Cruz is going to argue the case in front of the Supreme Court. For those who might not be aware, Ted Cruz was a famed litigator who has won in the Supreme Court before he ran for Senate. Is short, in a case like this Ted Cruz is at his very best.

AG Barr and John Durham Betray America – FBI Clinesmith Guilty Sentencing Memoranda Shows Coverup of FBI Misconduct

Attorneys Viva Frei and Robert Barnes analyze the Kevin Clinesmith sentencing memoranda from the Department of Justice (DoJ).

In order to keep spying on Trump and his advisors, the FBI lied to the FISA Court in order to keep the FISA Warrants renewed so they could get the spying approved. Unless one has been hiding under a rock, readers know declassified internal FBI documents and Inspector General Reports show that the FBI knew full well that there was no Trump/Russia Collusion and that they knew it from the beginning. The notes of meetings on how to entrap Gen. Flynn and others close to Trump have been declassified. Kevin Clinesmith was caught red handed by the Inspector General so John Durham, the special prosecutor chosen by Attorney General Barr, had to so something.

FBI says in the sentencing memorandum to the judge in the case that Clinesmith – who forged an email from the CIA and willingly summited it to the FISA Court which in turn ruined peoples lives including Carter Page and put the country through three years of hell – had no criminal intent – they all knew Carter Page was CIA and they told the FISA Court that he wasn’t and made him out to be a Russian spy and a traitor to his country. Durham did not use Clinesmith’s guilty plea to get to others. Even though “Fake Russia Gate” hurt lots of people the DoJ recommends that Clinesmith get six months in prison – but for Roger Stone who hurt no one, they recommended eight years.

That odd time when democrats are faced with the fact that Senator Kerry and President Bill Clinton facilitated the sale of restricted dual purpose technology to the Chinese communist party’s ballistic missile program. Here is an excerpt from the article I think is quite telling:
