Use top of the line synthetic oil, change it every 7,000 miles (5k to 6k if you like spinning up those turbos), use PREMIUM oil filters like Wix, Bosch Steeltech, Mobile One, K&N (notice we did NOT say Fram…cuz its crap). Take all the other Ford fluid change recommendations and cut them at least in half.
