Flashback April, 23, 2015 New York Times:

The headline on the website Pravda trumpeted President Vladimir V. Putin’s latest coup, its nationalistic fervor recalling an era when its precursor served as the official mouthpiece of the Kremlin: “Russian Nuclear Energy Conquers the World.”

The article, in January 2013, detailed how the Russian atomic energy agency, Rosatom, had taken over a Canadian company with uranium-mining stakes stretching from Central Asia to the American West. The deal made Rosatom one of the world’s largest uranium producers and brought Mr. Putin closer to his goal of controlling much of the global uranium supply chain.

But the untold story behind that story is one that involves not just the Russian president, but also a former American president and a woman who would like to be the next one.

At the heart of the tale are several men, leaders of the Canadian mining industry, who have been major donors to the charitable endeavors of former President Bill Clinton and his family. Members of that group built, financed and eventually sold off to the Russians a company that would become known as Uranium One.

Beyond mines in Kazakhstan that are among the most lucrative in the world, the sale gave the Russians control of one-fifth of all uranium production capacity in the United States. Since uranium is considered a strategic asset, with implications for national security, the deal had to be approved by a committee composed of representatives from a number of United States government agencies. Among the agencies that eventually signed off was the State Department, then headed by Mr. Clinton’s wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton.

As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records show, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation. Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million. Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

And shortly after the Russians announced their intention to acquire a majority stake in Uranium One, Mr. Clinton received $500,000 for a Moscow speech from a Russian investment bank with links to the Kremlin that was promoting Uranium One stock.

Conservative Groups Win Major Court Victory Against IRS

Three years after we filed a lawsuit on their behalf, and for some, nearly seven years after they submitted their applications for tax-exempt status, the grassroots conservative groups that were targeted by the IRS for their political views are finally receiving some of the relief to which they have long been entitled—determinations on those applications.

In early August, the federal appellate court for the District of Columbia Circuit held that the plaintiffs who filed suit in Linchpins of Liberty, et al. v. United States, et al. in 2013 had set forth allegations sufficient to obtain actual evidence about the IRS’s targeting of conservative tax-exempt applicants based on their names and political positions. The D.C. Circuit thus reversed the decision of the district court (which had previously dismissed the claims on the grounds that the IRS had apparently ceased the targeting conduct) and sent the case back to the lower court, explaining that the IRS had failed to demonstrate that either the targeting scheme, or its effects on plaintiffs, had actually ended.

Last week, District Judge Reggie B. Walton held a status conference to resume the lower court proceedings in the case. While the IRS’s attorney once again took the position that most of the claims are moot because most of the plaintiff organizations have received determinations, the court picked up where the D.C. Circuit left off, and ordered that the IRS cease delaying determinations on any outstanding tax-exempt applications of Tea Party groups and other grassroots organizations. He gave the IRS thirty days to comply.

It will be seven years this December since one of our clients awaiting a final determination – Albuquerque Tea Party – submitted its tax-exempt application. Another client – Unite in Action – has been waiting six and a half years since filing its application in May 2010. As a result of Judge Walton’s order, these years-long application processes are finally concluding, and the organizations are receiving the review and determinations they deserve. This is a major victory.

Judge Walton also agreed with our position, affirmed by the appellate court, that the IRS cannot obtain dismissal of the case simply by issuing the remaining determinations but must also produce evidence showing that any negative effects of the targeting on plaintiffs have been completely and irrevocably eradicated. Specifically, we urged, and the court agreed, the IRS must answer such questions as: What was the determination process prior to the targeting? How and why did the targeting begin? What treatment did plaintiffs’ applications receive during the targeting? What assurances are currently in place that plaintiffs will not suffer further retaliation or discriminatory treatment at the hands of the IRS?

As a result of this order, the IRS will, at long last, be required to disclose the details of the lawless and unconstitutional Tea Party targeting scheme. The court’s requirement that the IRS give account for its conduct is a tacit acknowledgment that plaintiffs—as well as the American public—deserve honesty and transparency from their government.

We are pleased that the court has taken this first step and look forward to a resolution of this case that will hopefully include the first judicial acknowledgment of the unmistakably unconstitutional nature of the IRS’s egregious political targeting of U.S. citizens.

Obama Cut Off WikiLeaks’ Internet to Protect Hillary, But WikiLeaks Was Prepared

The Obama Administration had current Secretary of State John Kerry asked Ecuador to cut off his access to the internet, but it made no difference.

McClatchy News:

WASHINGTON – Wikileaks said Tuesday that Secretary of State John Kerry asked Ecuador to stop WikiLeaks founder, Julian Assange, from publishing leaked emails that could disrupt peace negotiations with a guerrilla group in Colombia.

Assange, who has been in refuge in Ecuador’s embassy in London for more than four years, saw his access to the internet cut over the weekend.

The report by the Center for Immigration Studies, which breaks down new Census data, shows a record number of new immigrants in the country whose primary language is not English, and the fastest growing language is Arabic.

In 2015 a record 64.7 million U.S. residents spoke a foreign language at home – up 5.2 million since 2010 and up 1.5 million in just the last year. The largest percentage increase from 2010 to 2015 was for speakers of Arabic, Hindi (an India language) and Urdu (Pakistan’s national language).

More than one in five U.S. residents now speaks a foreign language at home, according to the CIS report.

USA Today: Companies used Clinton fundraisers to lobby State Department

And it is Hillary who says that she is going to stand up to these people? She is on their payroll.

The nexus among private companies, Hillary Clinton’s State Department and the Clinton family foundations is closer and more complex than even Donald Trump has claimed so far.

While it is widely known that some companies and foreign governments gave money to the foundations, perhaps in an effort to gain favor, one of the key parts of the puzzle hasn’t been reported: At least a dozen of those same companies lobbied the State Department, using lobbyists who doubled as major Clinton campaign fundraisers.

Those companies gave as much as $16 million to the Clinton charities. At least four of the lobbyists they hired are “Hillblazers,” the Clinton campaign’s name for supporters who have raised $100,000 or more for her current White House race. Two of the four also raised funds for Clinton’s unsuccessful 2008 presidential bid.

Among the donors to the Clinton foundations who also used Clinton-connected lobbyists at the Department of State:

• Microsoft has given between $1 million and $5 million to the foundations, as the tech giant also lobbied for visa issues, protection of critical infrastructure and cybersecurity, software industry licensing and government procurement.

• Pfizer, one of the world’s top biopharmaceutical companies, has also given between $1 million and $5 million to the foundations, while lobbying for such issues as intellectual property rights overseas and issues related to medicines in Turkey and India.

• ExxonMobil, the global oil and energy company based in Texas, gave the foundations between $1 million and $5 million. The company lobbied the Department of State for issues involving hydraulic fracturing, popularly known as fracking, oil sands and other provisions.

• The Northeast Maglev, a Washington, D.C.-based company that advocates for high-speed, magnetic levitation rail service in the U.S., donated as much as $100,000 while lobbying the Department of State to help provide support for the issue.

• Mexico TV network Azteca and its affiliates donated as much as $375,000 while lobbying for U.S. business opportunities, an education initiative involving students from the U.S., Mexico and Latin America, and other causes.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation released several documents Monday morning confirming discussions between officials at the State Department and at the FBI about a “quid pro quo” to reclassify documents stored on Hillary Clinton’s private email server. Among the 34 released documents, which are summaries of interviews conducted by the FBI in its investigation of the Clinton server, is evidence that a high-ranking State Department official, undersecretary of state for management Patrick Kennedy, discussed a quid pro quo with the FBI.

In one interview summary, a witness described receiving a call from the International Operations Division of the FBI who he says “‘pressured’ him to change the classified email to unclassified”, and that in exchange the State Department “would reciprocate by allowing the FBI to place more Agents in countries where they are presently forbidden.”

The witness also told the FBI that he “believes [the State Department] has an agenda which involves minimizing the classified nature of the CLINTON emails in order to protect STATE interests and those of CLINTON.”

Do you ever wonder why there is, all too often, not much difference in policy between Bush/Clinton/Obama?

We all saw Hillary in the last debate, as well as Democrat for decades blast Wall Street, say that the gravy train is over, that they are going to clamp down on excesses and reign in the big money influence of Banks and Wall Street, only to watch as both Democrats and Republicans make the gravy train even larger? Well, you are about to catch a glimpse at just why that is.

Micheal Froman is an executive at CitiGroup and his company in part received massive bailouts form the tax payers after the mortgage collapse. So why is he picking, with almost 100% accuracy, who should be in Obama’s cabinet and who should be in many of the deputy positions as well?

In these emails (one & two) CitiGroup’s Micheal Froman sends Hillary for President campaign manager and former Bill Clinton Chief of Staff, John Podesta, an attached list of who he thinks should fill the major government positions. This is from the first page:

As you can see the list is something beyond prescient.

A careful look at Micheal Froman shows a revolving door from various positions on the Democratic Party, Wall Street and back again. In short, there is no line between the political leadership and in Wall Street/International Mega-Corps etc.

So the next time that a Democrat tells you that they are going to tax the rich, now you understand why they have been “taxing the rich” for the last 50 years and somehow managed to repeatedly miss the target.

1.4 Million in 32 States to Lose Health Insurance as ObamaCare Fails

It is like we and others reported in 2009/10, Obamacare is a system that is designed to fail. Obamacare designer John Gruber said that they had to lie to sell it.

Yours truly went to insurance school and passed the state exam on the first attempt so understanding how it was designed to fail wasn’t exactly rocket science.

Here is the bad news from Bloomberg:

A growing number of people in Obamacare are finding out their health insurance plans will disappear from the program next year, forcing them to find new coverage even as options shrink and prices rise.

At least 1.4 million people in 32 states will lose the Obamacare plan they have now, according to state officials contacted by Bloomberg. That’s largely caused by Aetna Inc., UnitedHealth Group Inc. and some state or regional insurers quitting the law’s markets for individual coverage.

Included in the discussion are:

Kristi Fuksa, a pollster with the Democratic firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner Research.

Paul Begala, political strategist for the 1992 Clinton for President Campaign.

Tara McGuiness, Senior Vice President at the Center for American Progress, the Clinton’s pet think tank.

Tom Matzzie, a former director of MoveOn

Susan Buffet, serves on the board of several foundations and charities, several of which walk a delicate legal line of serving the interests of the Democratic Party, a technique mastered by George Soros.

UPDATE – The Washington Post asked Paul Begala about this. He said that they called this “The McCain Survey” because they were worried that Republicans would attack Obama using these talking points.

So we are to believe that very early in the 2008 primary when the Clinton’s and the Obama’s hated each other, Hillary’s inner circle was concerned about what Republicans might say about him?  Of course McCain himself never pushed these talking points aside from the tax raising. The State Department formally approved these arms sales even as many of the deals enhanced the military power of countries ruled by authoritarian regimes whose human rights abuses had been criticized by the department. Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Oman and Qatar all donated to the Clinton Foundation and also gained State Department clearance to buy caches of American-made weapons even as the department singled them out for a range of alleged ills, from corruption to restrictions on civil liberties to violent crackdowns against political opponents.

New emails released by WikiLeaks in connection with its dump of John Podesta’s email server indicate that Qatar, an Islamist state in the Persian gulf, gave former President Bill Clinton a check for $1 million for his birthday.

The email indicates foundation officials also met with representatives from Brazil, Peru, Malawi and Rwanda to discuss donations and philanthropic strategies for the Foundation.

“[Qatar] Would like to see WJC ‘for five minutes’ in NYC, to present $1 million check that Qatar promised for WJC’s birthday in 2011,” Ami Desai, director of foreign policy for the Clinton Foundation, wrote in 2012.

The email was sent to a number of Clinton aides, including Doug Band.

In another email two years later, Hillary Clinton noted that Qatar aides and abets the Islamic State and Sunni terrorist groups.

“While this military/para-military operation is moving forward, we need to use our diplomatic and more traditional intelligence assets to bring pressure on the governments of Qatar and Saudi Arabia, which are providing clandestine financial and logistic support to ISIL and other radical Sunni groups in the region,” Clinton wrote.

State Department Offered Quid-Pro-Quo to FBI to Declassify Secret Docs Found on Hillary ‘s Illegal Private Email Server

It was an indicator that the FBI’s investigation of Hillary’s illegal email server and mishandling of classified information was a sham when FBI Director Comey testified in detail before Congress that even though Hillary had violated almost every aspect of the statute and then lied about it (video), the Department of Justice (DoJ) decided not to prosecute because they were “uncomfortable” with the part of the statute that says that intent is irrelevant and negligence or foolishness is enough to prosecute on…..in spite of the fact that there have been other cases where they had no such reservation.

We learned October 3rd that the FBO/DoJ had given secret immunity deals to Hillary’s top staff on the condition that they turn over all laptops, devices, documents etc to the FBI. The FBI then destroyed them ensuring that future Attorney Generals, Congress, and the public would never even have the option to fully investigate Clinton’s use of illegal private email servers. It seems that the Obama Administration did not want to leave destroying the evidence to Hillary’s staff.

These same people who got immunity are still pleading the Fifth Amendment to Congress even though they have an immunity deal, which is also outside the law.

Emails obtained via a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit revealed that the White House was coordinating with Hillary’s Campaign on the investigation.

Newly disclosed emails show the White House coordinated with Hillary Clinton’s emerging presidential campaign in 2015 about potential fallout from Clinton’s use of a private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.

Here are the details, according to a Wall Street Journal review of the emails:

  • Jennifer Palmieri, then the White House communications director, emailed Jen Psaki, a State Department spokesperson, to ask, “between us on the shows…think we can get this done so he is not asked about email.” She was apparently referring to an appearance on CBS by current Secretary of State John Kerry, according to The Journal. Palmieri is now the Clinton campaign’s communications director.
  • Palmieri and Psaki, along with other top White House officials, discussed an interview Kerry gave to CBS. “Good to go on killing CBS idea,” read one email from Psaki. “And we are going to hold on any other TV options just given the swirl of crap out there.”
  • Palmieri, who joined the Clinton campaign in mid-2015, helped arrange for Psaki to take her old job at the White House. Psaki is now the White House communications director.
  • Patrick Kennedy, the State Department undersecretary for management, told Heather Samuelson, one of Clinton’s attorneys, about new documents the State Department had posted concerning Clinton.

It gets even better. We now know thanks to WikiLeaks from the Hillary for President Campaign emails that the Department of Justice was coordinating/leaking/informing – call it what you will – their investigation with Hillary’s campaign staff.

An official within Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign appeared to have discussions with sources inside the Department of Justice (DOJ) about ongoing open records lawsuits regarding the former secretary of State’s emails, according to an email released on Tuesday.

In an email from May 2015, Clinton campaign spokesman Brian Fallon said that “DOJ folks” had “inform[ed]” him about an upcoming status conference in one of the lawsuits regarding Clinton’s private email setup.

The information about an upcoming court event would have been public knowledge and open for all to attend. And it’s unclear whether the people Fallon spoke to at the Justice Department were officials who regularly communicate with the public.

However, the fact that Fallon — a former spokesman with the Department of Justice — remained in contact with anyone from the department is likely to renew allegations that the Obama administration maintained an especially cozy relationship with the former secretary of State’s presidential campaign.

UPDATE – The Hill:

Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus accused the Justice Department of giving the Clinton campaign “inside information about an ongoing investigation into her email server,” even though information regarding an upcoming court conference would have been public knowledge.

Still, Priebus said, the revelation shows that “instead of facing consequences for her actions like others have, she’s been protected at every turn by the Obama administration.”

The Fallon email was part of a trove allegedly stolen from Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta and posted Tuesday on Wikileaks.

Planting stories and the whole gambit of media corruption seems a regular occurrence.

Daily Caller:

Another document in the leak, titled “Earned Media/Next Steps,” describes the Clinton campaign’s strategy for placing stories. The January 2015 memo states, “We are all in agreement that the time is right place a story with a friendly journalist in the coming days that positions us a little more transparently while achieving the above goals.” The Intercept reports that according to the document’s metadata it was created by traveling Clinton campaign press secretary Nick Merrill.

The memo continues on to say: “We have has a very good relationship with Maggie Haberman of Politico over the last year. We have had her tee up stories for us before and have never been disappointed. While we should have a larger conversation in the near future about a broader strategy for reengaging the beat press that covers HRC, for this we think we can achieve our objective and do the most shaping by going to Maggie.”

It later describes their strategy for a “sanctioned story.” “First, a list of names that we agree upon beforehand that we will give to a reporter on background, both policy people and campaign people. Second, some information provided on background that explains what is happening and why and third, a quote on-the-record that affirms all of this in an official capacity, making clear that this is a sanctioned story,” the memo states.

Internal documents made public on Sunday revealed a reporter for the New York Times working with Democratic officials to promote Hillary Clinton’s presidential candidacy, with party apparatchiks saying she has “never disappointed” them.

The January 2015 document centering on Clinton’s media strategy, released by the hacker known as Guccifer 2.0, was describing Maggie Haberman, who worked for Politico but who moved to the Times that month.

“We are all in agreement that the time is right [to] place a story with a friendly journalist in the coming days that positions us a little more transparently while achieving [our] goals,” said the memo, which was first published by The Intercept.

“We have [had] a very good relationship with Maggie Haberman of Politico over the last year,” the unsigned document noted. “We have had her tee up stories for us before and have never been disappointed. While we should have a larger conversation in the near future about a broader strategy for reengaging the beat press the covers HRC, for this we think we can achieve our objective and do the most shaping by going to Maggie.”

The Intercept reported that metadata pointed to Nick Merrill, the campaign’s press secretary, as the document’s author.

Patricia Smith and Charles Woods, whose children Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods, were killed in Benghazi, are suing Hillary Clinton for the wrongful death of their children via negligence. They are also suing for Hillary defaming them when she called them liars and they are suing for intentional affliction of emotional distress for lying to them about why their children had to die.

3 – Ran propaganda puff pieces for Saddam Hussien.

4 – Falsely added the word “racial” to Trump talking about Israeli profiling methods.

5 – Published misleading headlines and spin to protect Obama over the massive job losses.

6 – Blamed mass shooters who ended up being far left extremists, such as the New York museum shooter, on the TEA Party.

7 – CNN treats real violent left wing protesters as peaceful and peaceful TEA Party activists as violent (2).

8 – On CNN arch leftists are presented as “moderate Democrats” no matter how radical they are and yet Republicans are presented as “right wing”.

9  – The network that actually issued a “content advisory” before playing a part of the National Anthem.

Hillary Clinton Steered Government Contracts to Chelsea’s “Friend”

There are hundreds of examples of just this kind of corruption with the Clinton’s. Why won’t their voters wake up?

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sought to arrange Pentagon and State Department consulting contracts for her daughter’s friend, prompting concerns of federal ethics rules violations.

Clinton in 2009 arranged meetings between Jacqueline Newmyer Deal, a friend of Chelsea Clinton and head of the defense consulting group Long Term Strategy Group, with Pentagon officials that involved contracting discussions, according to emails from Clinton’s private server made public recently by the State Department. Clinton also tried to help Deal win a contract for consulting work with the State Department’s director of policy planning, according to the emails.

Deal is a close friend of Chelsea Clinton, who is vice chair of the Clinton Foundation. Emails between the two were included among the thousands recovered from a private email server used by the secretary of state between 2009 and 2013. Chelsea Clinton has described Deal as her best friend. Both Clintons attended Deal’s 2011 wedding.

Government cronyism, or the use of senior positions to help family friends, is not illegal. However, the practice appears to violate federal ethics rules that prohibit partiality, or creating the appearance of conflicts of interest.

Specifically, the Code of Federal Ethics states that government employees “shall act impartially and not give preferential treatment to any private organization or individual.” Pentagon ethics guidelines also call for avoiding actions that would create even the appearance of improper behavior or conflicts of interest.

Obama Care Insurance Rates in Tennessee to Increase 62%

Senate health committee Chairman Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) made the following statement on the premium increases ranging from 44 to 62 percent made final Tuesday for all three plans on Tennessee’s Obamacare exchange:

“Tennesseans cannot afford 44 to 62 percent Obamacare price increases that will force them to make difficult decisions about their daily lives and their family budgets. They should not have to pay the price for a terrible health care law and the refusal by Democrats in Washington to see what is plainly obvious–that Obamacare is failing. The Tennessee insurance commissioner says that the Obamacare exchange in Tennessee is ‘very near collapse.‘”

He continued, “Congress should give states more flexibility to support a sustainable private health insurance market and to give individuals and their families more options to purchase lower-cost private health insurance plans outside of Obamacare. No matter which party is in the White House in January, we are going to have to take a good, hard look at Obamacare, which is bearing down on American families in a way that cannot be allowed to continue.”

Background: In June of 2016, health insurance providers throughout Tennessee submitted their proposed plan rates for 2017 to the Tennessee Commissioner of Insurance. All health insurers requested a double-digit increase, with the highest being 62 percent. In an unprecedented move, the Tennessee Insurance Commission earlier this month allowed two of the three health insurance providers to increase their original insurance rate requests of 23 and 29 percent to allow the companies to continue to offer health plans in Tennessee.

The Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance announced it has approved 62, 46.3%, and 44.3% increases for the three insurers on Tennessee’s Obamacare exchange.

Speaking to The Tennessean, Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance Commissioner Julie Mix McPeak said, “I would characterize the exchange market in Tennessee as very near collapse … and that all of our efforts are really focused on making sure we have as many writers in the areas as possible, knowing that might be one. I’m doing everything I can to prevent a situation where that turns to zero.“

Immigration Officers Union First Time Endorsement for Trump

Washington Examiner:

Donald Trump scored an endorsement on Monday from a union that represents thousands of Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers, and has never before publicly backed a candidate for elected office.

In a statement released by the Trump campaign, National Immigration and Customs Enforcement Council President Chris Crane said the union’s first-ever endorsement was conducted by a vote of its 5,000 members, who overwhelmingly supported Trump. Hillary Clinton received just 5 percent of that vote, according to Crane.

“Hillary Clinton, who has never met with us, and like President Obama probably never would, created her immigration agenda with the same collection of special interests and open-borders radicals who are responsible for our current immigration disaster — all in the name of cheap labor, greed and votes,” Crane said.

In contrast, the union said Trump contacted Crane to set up a meeting where they discussed the Republican presidential nominee’s “goals for enforcement,” and his pledge “to support ICE officers, our nation’s laws and our members.”

For a more complete understanding of Hillary’s connection to Russia as well as how Hillary misused her position as secretary of state for pay for play schemes feel free to read this report by the government accountability institute (1). One of the major Russian front originations involved in Hillary’s pay for play schemes is outlined in the declassified intelligence assessment by United States European Command that exposed skolkovo innovation center as a front for the Russian military and Russian intelligence. (2) Such assessment was further corroborated by a waring issue from the FBI Boston office regarding skolkovo innovation center (3). Indeed during the time where the potential sale of a uranium mine which underwrites United States nuclear deterrence was being discussed within the United States government and Hillary Clinton was secretary of state an increasing Russian owned and operated company paid 500,000 $ to the Clinton foundation (4).

NORTH KOREA

In 2010 Hillary’s state department knew and approved of Syracuse university organizational and operational ties to North Korean’s nuclear program (5). Indeed at that time former Clinton undersecretary of defense Dr Wallerstein was the dean of Maxwell school (6). In 2013 ABC outed Bill Clinton reached out to Hillary’s state department with request to approve for invitations to / paid speeches for North Korea (7).

IRAN

From 2006 – 2009 the Clinton foundation received numerous annual donations from Alevi Foundation. For example in 2005 Alavi Foundation gave 30,000 dollar donation to the Clinton Foundation (8). On Dec. 19, 2008 Alavi foundation donated between $25,000 and $50,000 to the William J. Clinton Foundation (9). This would be two years AFTER Alavi Foundation was designated a terrorist entity by the FBI on Oct 25 2007. In 2008 Alavi foundation was busted by the treasury department and the FBI as being a front organization for the mullah regime in Iran as well as engaging in money laundering actives for Iran’s terrorist activities (10). Even after Alavi was prosecuted and convicted of being a front for terrorist organizations the Clinton’s refused to turn the money over to the FBI (11).

UPDATED! Obama Lied About Hillary’s Illegal E-Mail Server, He Was Using It!

UPDATE II – More emails show that Clinton staff knew Hillary’s private server was illegal, that Obama was using it and the FBI ignored it:

President Obama told CBS News that he had heard about Hillary’s illegal e-mail server on the news. Now we know, thanks to document dumps from the FBI, that he was actually talking to Hillary privately on that server.

Politico:

President Barack Obama used a pseudonym in email communications with Hillary Clinton and others, according to FBI records made public Friday.

The disclosure came as the FBI released its second batch of documents from its investigation into Clinton’s private email server during her tenure as secretary of state.

The 189 pages the bureau released includes interviews with some of Clinton’s closest aides, such as Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills; senior State Department officials; and even Marcel Lazar, better known as the Romanian hacker “Guccifer.”

In an April 5, 2016 interview with the FBI, Abedin was shown an email exchange between Clinton and Obama, but the longtime Clinton aide did not recognize the name of the sender.

“Once informed that the sender’s name is believed to be a pseudonym used by the president, Abedin exclaimed: ‘How is this not classified?'” the report says. “Abedin then expressed her amazement at the president’s use of a pseudonym and asked if she could have a copy of the email.”

The State Department has refused to make public that and other emails Clinton exchanged with Obama. Lawyers have cited the “presidential communications privilege,” a variation of executive privilege, in order to withhold the messages under the Freedom of Information Act.

The report doesn’t provide more details on the contents of that particular email exchange, but says it took place on June 28, 2012, and had the subject line: “Re: Congratulations.” It may refer to the Supreme Court’s ruling that day upholding a key portion of the Obamacare law.

President Obama only learned of Hillary Clinton’s private email address use for official State Department business after a New York Times report, he told CBS News in an interview.

CBS News senior White House correspondent Bill Plante asked Mr. Obama when he learned about her private email system after his Saturday appearance in Selma, Alabama.

“The same time everybody else learned it through news reports,” the president told Plante.

Mr. Obama’s comments follow a long week of media scrutiny surrounding Hillary Clinton’s private email address and the “home-brewed” server that hosted it.
