A great many so called Democratic Socialist experiments became totalitarian very quickly, Venezuela, Mao, Hitler, Il Duce etc were either elected or had a great deal of popular support.

Scandinavian countries have large social programs to be sure, but they do not have heavy burdens on business, no eat the rich attitude or divisive identity politics. Their social view is a nationalistic unitarian view. Their programs are supported by a very regressive VAT tax.

The Democratic Party talks a good game when it comes to “democracy” but they are divisive and demonize people in order to gain power. One might say that they are cultural marxists or “identity socialists” as they demonize certain groups and favor others. Hitler did the same.

The truth is that as a matter of history, minority groups have never done well in in these promised socialist utopias.

I’m on my way to go to my interview this morning when I get pulled over. By a Montana officer. I am native American and my friend that was with me is black. Just saying.Both brake lights decided to go out this time. As he walked to the car and I was pulling out my stuff, he quickly said, “Don’t worry about pulling anything out. I just want you to know that your brake lights are out.” So I’m immediately upset, because I just got them replaced like last month.

So I explained to him how Firestone wants to charge me $600 just to run a test on the wiring of the car. He looked at me like 😨 and told me to pop the trunk. He checked the lights in the trunk and tapped them, but they didn’t come on. So he told me to pop the hood to check the relay box then asked me to get out to check the other one. Then worked on the wiring under the dash. He could’ve easily given me a ticket, but Officer Jenkins stepped out of officer role, and into mechanic role, and human role, to make sure I was straight. By the way HE FIXED THEM. Not everyone is racist, or a bad cop.

Americans were astonished two months ago after newly unsealed internal FBI notes taken by the agency’s former assistant director of counterintelligence, Bill Priestap, showed top bureau officials discussing strategy ahead of their January 24, 2017 interview of General Michael Flynn. FBI officials were debating the best way they could set him up in a perjury trap.

Several days later, sources familiar with the Durham investigation told Fox News that John Durham had reviewed the Flynn documents and was disturbed that no whistleblowers came forward early on. Considering that there were more than a few officials who had to be aware of what was going on, including support staff, Mr. Durham found it remarkable that no one spoke up “at the onset.” One would think he might have learned by now that the only use members of the deep state have for whistleblowing is when it can be used as a weapon against the right. I posted on this story here.

The next day, I received an email from one of my readers who said he could easily answer Mr. Durham’s question. It’s because “No one in the FBI or the DOJ wanted to engage in a futile suicide mission that would put them and their families through years of hell, cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars, and put their pensions at risk, all so that their information could be ignored.”

William Henck knows, because he lived it.

Mr. Henck’s story is the polar opposite of alleged whistleblower Eric Ciaramella’s, whose bogus complaint to then-Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson last August triggered President Trump’s impeachment. Not only did my reader not receive the kid-glove treatment Ciaramella did, he was terminated from his position as an IRS attorney after 30 years of service.

In November 2017, Mr. Henck was forced out for being a whistleblower. During his career at the IRS, he reported the bullying of World War II veterans, evidence of a cover-up in the Lois Lerner (or Tea Party) case, and the improper giveaway of literally billions of dollars to taxpayers represented by sketchy Washington lobbyists.

Mr.Henck said he reported his concerns both internally and externally, to his supervisor, to upper management, to the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA), to the Office of Special Counsel (OSC), to Congress, to Trump political appointees in the Treasury Department, and to the media. And none of his detailed complaints of misconduct were ever investigated. Not a single one.

In the link there is a video…and it is not easy to watch. These officers were not only stupid, but clearly showed callous disregard for an innocent man who they made suffer in the way they cuffed him and manipulated his arm after they broke his wrist.

The problem with some police is that they treat every citizen as if they are guilty as they did here. I don’t care how jaded an officer might be, it is unconstitutional, not to mention just plain foolish, to behave this way.

The officers who assaulted this man should be fired and charged.

REMINDER: Democrats in the Senate blocked a new law that would have mandated de-scalation and compassion training for police officers.

The Blaze:

A 46-year-old black man is suing the Valdosta, Georgia, Police Department for what he says is a civil rights violation and excessive force during a bogus arrest.

Police stopped Antonio Arnelo Smith on Feb. 8. Bodycam footage shows a black police officer speaking with Smith, who hands over his identification.

A white police officer can be seen approaching Smith from behind. He wraps his arms around a clearly frightened Smith, and slams him “face-first to the ground,” according to the Associated Press.

Two other white officers arrive and handcuff Smith as he’s on the ground. One of the officers tells him that he’s being arrested for an outstanding warrant.

In the video, Smith can be heard screaming, “Oh my God, you broke my wrist!”

The black officer steps in, however, and tells the other three officers that Smith is not the man they’re looking for.

Of course they are. This First Amendment was never intended to be a “negative right.”n Keep in mind that the phrase “Separation of Church & State does not appear anywhere in the Constitution and the first Supreme Court rulings stating such were penned and supported by Klan judges (such as Justice Hugo Black) who hated Catholics.

This ruling is a great first step into undoing years of injustice.

The Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 decision on Tuesday morning that Montana’s ban on religious schools receiving state aid — specifically scholarship funds — is illegal and that it’s unconstitutional for states to exclude religious schools from such programs.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the Montana program offered $150 in tax credits for donations to scholarships for private school attendees. After a decision was made by state tax officials that religious institutions didn’t qualify, the case was heard by the Montana Supreme Court. The court cited a state amendment banning aid to sectarian schools and decided to dismantle the entire program.

The case was appealed to the Supreme Court by parents suing for aid to assist in paying for their children’s religious private school education.

The case, Espinoza v. Montana Department Of Revenue, saw conservative justices in the majority and Chief Justice John Roberts penned the opinion. The ruling will make it easier for religious schools to obtain aid — opening the door to more school choice policies, potentially including the funding of vouchers.

This bill gave Democrats and BLM most of the legislative changes they have been demanding and yet they block it. Why?

Virtually every one of these famed police abuses cases happened in areas run by Democrats for decades with nary a Republican in sight and yet they have proposed no reforms.

This is Senator Tim Scott who, if we may editorialize a little, is perhaps the most honest, good hearted and genuine people in Congress today. The leader of the Democrats in the Senate, Dick Durbin from Illinois, used Klan language to defend his willingness to do nothing by calling the bill “a token” which was obviously a racial shot as Senator Scott as well.

One might wonder why the leadership of Black Lives Matter refuses to criticize Democrats for blocking reforms they say they have been demanding for years.

House Democrats unanimously blocked a resolution condemning acts of violence and rioting—including the “deliberate targeting of law enforcement officers”—in the wake of George Floyd’s death.

The resolution, which was introduced by Rep. Greg Steube (R., Fla.) late Thursday morning, condemned Floyd’s killing at the hands of police, calling it “inconsistent with the values and conduct expected of law enforcement officers.” The resolution also supported peaceful protesters, but it noted that protests have been “exploited by violent extremists” carrying out “acts of violence, looting, destruction of business and personal property, and additional loss of life.”

Context does matter, in fact it is everything and this is a great example why.

This also exposes how poorly run the St Louis prosecutors office has become.

And then CNN chimes in with their usual attempts to spread hate and division. Why does anyone go on the air with these clowns?
