Not a joke. This reveals who these people are and it is not good. They have the guile to say that they want to engage in racism in the name of affirmative action, but in repealing this law most forms of discrimination based on physical attributes would be legalized in state law. The repeal would not limit it to or carve out an exception for affirmative action programs. This is repealing civil rights straight up.

Blacks only – LEGAL, Straight white men only – LEGAL, NO Lesbians – LEGAL.
